Located within the peaceful Vineyards community, guests can also enjoy shared amenities including a seasonal outdoor pool and inviting common spaces, giving you the perfect balance of adventure and laid-back downtime.



The Space:

Inside, the home welcomes you with an open living space designed for comfort and easy gatherings. The kitchen features stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything needed for preparing meals, while a convenient drip and Keurig single-cup coffee station sits just outside the kitchen across from a dining table for six—perfect for slow mornings or planning the day ahead. The living room offers a cozy setup with a couch, loveseat, and chair centered around a smart TV. Sliding doors lead out to a private balcony where a table for two invites you to soak in incredible views, creating a peaceful spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation above the rolling Branson landscape.



This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed and a smart TV.



Bedroom #2 includes a twin size day bed, a twin size trundle bed, and a smart TV.



Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



This home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis for 2 vehicles.

• This home is a one-level top floor walkup unit with 20 steps required to reach the main entrance.

• Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.

• Pet Policy: Bringing a dog? We’re pet-friendly! A $125 pet fee per stay will be applied. THIS FEE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE YOU PAID and must be paid separately. Please notify us in advance so we can prepare accordingly. A maximum of 1 dog, no more than 30 lbs, may be brought to this home.

• The outdoor communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that any are closed for any reason.

• Portable crib provided.



This enviable location places you within 10 minutes of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries. Beyond the downtown area lie the more famed attractions of Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.
