Vacation home "Am Josefibrunnen" in Farchant

The chic and modern detached house impresses above all with its perfect location for outdoor enthusiasts: Not only are the ski lift and outdoor pool within walking distance, but the popular Italian restaurant "Da Nico" is also just a stone's throw from the house. Numerous hiking and walking trails start right on your doorstep. Traveling with family and children? Then look forward to the "forest adventure trail" and the toboggan slope within sight. Incidentally, this and the adjacent meadows are used as a grazing area for cows in summer. So the sound of cowbells is a must during these months - that's the sound of Bavaria!

The local wood paneling was not only used on the façade of the house, but also on the interior. Tradition and modernity are perfectly combined here, giving the house a charm that you will remember long after your vacation is over.

A cozy and light-flooded living area awaits you on the first floor of the house. The high-quality, open kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you need for convivial cooking evenings with family or friends. Of course, the dining area is also perfectly equipped for vacation time together: a large dining table with benches and chairs is ready for you. Would you prefer to sit comfortably on the sofa after an eventful day and spend a nice evening watching TV? You've come to the right place here too. A large TV is ready for you! Take a look upstairs: The beautiful wooden beams on the ceiling are a clear sign that you have arrived in Werdenfelser Land!
Of course, there is also a toilet on the first floor.

Anyone who appreciates the comfort of a spacious terrace with garden will get their money's worth with us. As soon as the sun has made it over the surrounding mountains, you can catch every ray of sunshine: Facing south and naturally equipped with garden furniture, you can spend wonderful summer days here. But even in winter there are numerous hours of sunshine that you can spend here wrapped up warm on a lounger. So don't forget your sun cream! Of course, the garden is for your exclusive use.
Two of the bedrooms and the spacious bathroom are located on the first floor of the house. The open roof truss also provides real comfort here. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a large closet. You can also enjoy plenty of fresh air here: both bedrooms have balconies. The second bedroom also has a double bed as well as a wardrobe and chest of drawers in which you can store your vacation wardrobe.

Would you prefer a cozy bath in the evening or a refreshing shower in the morning? Decide for yourself! The bathroom in our vacation home is perfectly equipped to meet your needs. The open shower even has a brick seat. Of course, you will also find a toilet and a large washbasin here.
If you prefer to retreat a little, you are welcome to use the third bedroom in the basement. Here, too, there is a double bed and a chest of drawers. Of course, this room is also equipped with windows so that there is enough daylight in the bedroom.
