Newly furnished vacation apartment (115 sqm) for up to 7 people with modern kitchen

An outdoor staircase leads to the newly built attic apartment, where you’ll be surprised by the high ceilings and the magnificent view. The heart of the apartment is the large living area with an open kitchen. The apartment can accommodate up to 7 people. In the “Rose Room,” you’ll find a double bed measuring 2 x 2 meters. In the “Family Nest” room, either 4 people can make themselves comfortable in our unique bed, or 2 people can sleep with plenty of space on each of the two 2 x 1.40 m wide mattresses. A single bed can serve either as a fifth sleeping spot or as a couch. The bathroom features a double sink and a very spacious, walk-in shower with an additional rain showerhead. Deposit: 25% of the total price upon receipt of the booking confirmation; remaining balance due via bank transfer no later than 4 weeks before arrival. Security deposit: 300 EUR in cash upon arrival; Refunded upon handover of the apartment at the end of the vacation, after deduction of the visitor’s tax. Check-in from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Check-out by 10:00 AM. Keys are handed over in person on-site or via a key safe. Pets are allowed upon request (additional fee). Crib: not available. A tourist tax of 2.30 EUR per adult per night and 1.40 EUR per child (ages 6–15) per night will be charged on site.
