The property currently offers three bedrooms.
If there are more than 6 guests, the couch in the living room and Bedroom 3 can be used as additional sleeping arrangements for up to 3 more people.
Bedroom 1 (SZ1) features a double bed/waterbed measuring 180x200, a TV, and several storage options.
Bedroom 2 (SZ2) has two single beds measuring 90x200, a walk-in closet, a workspace, and several storage options.
Each bedroom can be darkened.
If needed, a travel crib and a high chair for children and babies can be provided.
In the hallway, there is a small play and art corner with building blocks, books, puzzles, and much more.
The living room features a large TV, a pull-out couch, and a massage chair. In the massage chair, you can pamper yourself with the various programs and let your stress melt away.
In the bathroom, you can relax in either the bathtub or the steam shower.
Towels and a hair dryer are provided for your use.
There are two toilets in the apartment—one in the bathroom and the second is a separate toilet next to the laundry room.
The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, drying rack, ironing board, and iron, all of which you can use free of charge.
The kitchen also includes the dining area.
The dining area seats at least 6 people.
