The second-floor condo offers stunning unobstructed views of the lake and a relaxing, nature-filled atmosphere.

Pickerel Lake connects to several nearby lakes, including Emerald Lake, Kimball Lake, and Sylvan Lake—making it an ideal destination for boating, kayaking, and fishing enthusiasts. With access to multiple bodies of water, your outdoor adventures can go as far as the lakes will take you.

The space
You will be in your own apartment inside this large home with your own bathroom, living room with a new queen pull out sofa, office area, 1- bedroom with a king bed and kitchen.
You have your own private entrance.
There are two apartments next to each other.
The other apartment is called "Happy Place". Both apartments are on the second story. Both apartments have a beautiful new deck overlooking Pickerel Lake. There is a divider screen on the deck to separate the two areas. Under the deck is a grilling area complete with sink and all utensils needed.

If your family is renting both apartments we will retract the privacy screen so the whole top deck will be for your family to share.

We’re just minutes from the Muskegon River, offering even more opportunities for tubing, kayaking, fishing, and boating. Across the street, Camp Henry features horseback riding and additional outdoor experiences for all ages.

For land-based fun, you’ll find Big Air Motocross Track nearby,
along with several top-rated golf courses. After a day of exploring, unwind with a visit to one of the area’s fabulous restaurants or browse the local gift shops.

The space includes one bedroom with a king-size bed and a brand-new queen sleeper sofa in the living room, providing a comfortable stay for couples or small groups.

Whether you're chasing thrills or seeking peace in nature, this is the perfect getaway for outdoor lovers. We also rent paddle boards, pontoons and jet skis for extra added fun! Pricing is listed in your apartment. Kayaks are free to use at your own risk. Pickerel Lake is a 318 acre lake that and has access to 3 other beautiful lakes,
Kimball, Sylvan and Emerald Lakes.
