Welcome to this beautiful vacation rental, where you’re sure to feel right at home during your vacation. With approximately 41 square meters of space, it offers everything you need for your stay. The light-filled living room was recently furnished with new furniture. Here, you can unwind and relax in the evening after a pleasant day of vacation. You can enjoy a good movie on the flat-screen TV. The sofa can be easily converted into a comfortable sleeper sofa. The dining area is perfect for a cozy meal or an exciting game night. The integrated open kitchen is fully equipped and also features a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a small fridge-freezer combo.
You can also enjoy your breakfast in the morning, coffee in the afternoon, or a glass of wine in the evening on your own southwest-facing balcony.
The separate bedroom is furnished with a high-quality box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), which, with its two separate mattresses, offers a sleep as comfortable as sleeping on clouds. You can store your clothes in the closet. There is also a TV available here.
The bright bathroom features a shower and a toilet.
Of course, free Wi-Fi is also available in the apartment.
If you bring your bicycles, they can be stored in a lockable bike shed.
A washing machine and dryer are located in the basement and are available for a fee.

Vacation Rental 2.2 is located on the 1st floor, which you can also reach via an elevator, and features a beautiful south-west-facing balcony.
Parking space in the underground garage/lift platform. Only cars measuring 5 meters in length and 1.50 meters in height can fit on the lift platform. If your car exceeds these dimensions, we can assign you another parking space for a fee.

The central location of Haus Seemeile offers very short walks to the pedestrian zone, the harbor, and the beach. Central location, Wi-Fi, elevator in the building, some vacation apartments allow pets upon request, all apartments have a parking space on a lift platform, additional parking spaces available for a fee. A washer and dryer are located in the basement. A bicycle storage room is available. There is a well-organized children’s playground on the property.
