The Space:

Enjoy endless beach days when you choose this elegant oceanfront property. Sit out on your furnished, covered balcony and take in amazing ocean views! Inside, this vibrant home features a plush living area with comfortable furnishings and dining space, along with a sparkling kitchen that has stainless steel appliances and a dishwasher. Additional amenities include a washer/dryer along with central air-conditioning. Resort amenities include a shared pool and tennis courts. THINGS TO KNOW SMOKING AND VAPING IS PROHIBITED ON BALCONIES AND IN ALL COMMON AREAS. VIOLATORS SHALL BE SUBJECT TO A FINE OF $200.00 AFTER ONE WARNING. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. EV charging is not available/permitted on the premises. Doing so is cause for removal. There are charging stations at 100th St. bayside, 40th St. bayside, and at Royal Farms and Wawa in West Ocean City.

Great stay

The location is excellent. The view was gorgeous and all of the appliances worked which is a plus for me. It was exactly as the photos on the website. My only concern, was the mattress was too soft, may need to be replaced

A very Nice Place, Good Location, some expectations not met

Layout of this unit (and all of these units) is ideal. Kitchen facilities are good; decor is nice; parking is convenient; carts for move-in/out are plentiful; three elevators! Beds comfortable. Lighting is good. Naturally, view is excellent!

Good location

Condo was well located, easy to get in and out of, and looked nice. Kitchenware was clearly some of the lowest quality you could buy and “sharp” knives were anything but. However, this was a small thing overall and we enjoyed our stay.

Loved the view

View was amazing. Loved the updated kitchen and bathrooms. Was disappointed that the DVD player was not connected. Called the office to report it Tuesday since we rented a DVD to watch but no one ever came to connect it.

Not sure who was supposed to clean this unit. But I had to go out and buy cleaning products and clean it myself. As soon as I opened the door there was sand everywhere. The showers were filthy. The microwave and stove had not even been touched. So disappointed.
