Sip a crisp beverage and view the ocean and bay from the furnished balcony anytime. The light and bright interior features a coveted open layout with a welcoming living room and a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Create beach snacks and favorite meals, then gather at the four-seat kitchen bar or the dining table. Walk less than one block to miles of gorgeous coastline to view sunrises and watch the spectacular sunsets over the bay from your balcony.



Extra perks include a private washer/dryer, ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom, two wall AC units, electric baseboard heat, and a convenient half bath. Rent stand-up paddle boards or kayaks, check out the Assawoman Bay, or rent a boat and explore the open waters. Don't miss the famous free-roaming ponies located at Assateague State Park. Or, cruise to historic Main Street in downtown Berlin for amazing antiquing. You'll be right next door to a beach restaurant and within walking distance to surf shops, the convention center, and the visitor center. Ocean City Boardwalk is only eleven blocks away.

The owners have provided a lovely apartment with tasteful decor and comfortable furniture. You’’re half a block from the beach and across from the Convention Center. Short drive to the Boardwalk. Perfect place to be. Vacasa was great through the whole process and in providing start up supplies

1st beach vacation

The entire experience was seamless. The instructions were clear, the condo was clean and comfortable. Great location in proximity to the beach and everything else was a short walk or drive away! It was great!
