The building is next door to the Ocean City Convention Center, plus a short walk to a number of dining establishments including the Dough Roller, Belly Busters, Seacrets and the 45th street TapHouse. You can walk a block to the beach or take a quick drive south to the downtown attractions like the famous OC Boardwalk, Jolly Roger and the Inlet. The building has two elevators serving all floors, an indoor pool, ground floor lounge with free internet access, fitness center and billiards room. Property rents any 3 nights all year!
Guest supplies sheets and towels. A washer and dryer are provided in the unit for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package includes sheet sets for both beds, and towel sets for 3 people. Non-smoking. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
