One bedroom with queen bed and one bath are on the first floor.
Three bedrooms (1 king bed , two queen beds and one bath are on the second floor.

Guest access
4 bedroom and 2 bathrooms on first floor and second floor except locked storage place. No access to the basement.
Sofa bed and bedding will be available for extra guests with pre-approval by host.

Other things to note
I live out of town, but my trusted friend resides in the basement unit to assist with trash removal and ground maintenance. The basement has its own private entrance and its own lock, completely separate from the guest space. He does not disturb guests, and you will be able to enjoy the property quietly and privately.
