This fine chalet offers 2 accommodations of which this is the largest. The accommodation is located on the first floor and features a cosy living/dining room with an open-plan kitchen and dining table. 2 of the bedrooms have an en suite bathroom and on the spacious roof terrace you can have breakfast amidst the magical mountain scenery. Parking is available at the property, and a cot and high chair are also available on request. Relaxation and comfort in the mountains!

Are you a real winter sports lover? Then you've come to the right place. Just 100 metres from the chalet you will find a ski bus stop and from Saalbach several lifts leave for the slopes of the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn, which has over 270 kilometres of slopes.

In summer, you will take the most beautiful walks through the centre of Saalbach, about 1.2 km from the chalet. Get your daily groceries at the supermarket 1 km away, but an evening out to dinner at one of the nearby restaurants (nearest at 400 m walk) is also a possibility

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
