You will enjoy your own wellness area with sauna here and it is only 400 m from the village of Walchen. Within 10 minutes you can reach the well-known and lively Zell am See and Kaprun by car. From the large open kitchen you can easily prepare a sumptuous meal for a cosy evening with a large group. You will often think back to the evenings in this accommodation!
With the ski bus just 300 metres away, you can reach the popular ski areas of Kaprun and Zell am See in no time. This area is known for its always perfect snow conditions. Experienced skiers can fully enjoy themselves here, but beginners or families with children can also master skiing in peace and quiet.

But its location also offers many opportunities in spring and summer. Both cyclists and hikers can fully enjoy themselves here
