The fully equipped kitchen is ready for everything from morning coffee to full family dinners. You'll find a refrigerator with working ice and water dispenser, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. A coffee maker, blender, and toaster round out the morning routine, and the kitchen is stocked with all the cookware, bakeware, and utensils you need to cook and serve a full meal for six.

Three TVs total - a 55-inch with cable in the living room and 42-inch smart TVs in bedrooms 2 and 3. High-speed WiFi through Spectrum keeps everyone connected throughout the stay.

Full-size washer and dryer are available in-unit - no hunting for a laundromat mid-trip.



Outdoor



No private grill or fire pit at this unit per community guidelines, but the outdoor pool and tennis court make up for it with room to play and relax in the fresh lake air. Note that grills are not permitted on the property.



Community Amenities



Guests have access to an outdoor pool and a tennis court, both located near the top of the complex. Pool hours are posted on-site. Glass is not permitted in the pool area. Please note that dock access is not available to guests per HOA rules, and boat trailer parking is not allowed on the property. Parking passes must be displayed at all times. The dumpster is located at the end of the upper complex near the pool area.



Guest Access:

Check-in is a breeze with self-check-in via smart lock at the property entrance. Parking for 2 vehicles is available with parking passes required at all times - these will be provided for your stay. The driveway is paved but steep and narrow, so take it slowly on your way in and out. Your host is available if you need anything during your stay, though they give you plenty of space to relax and enjoy.
