Beautiful view and super easy access to the beach. Multiple pools available as well. The condo itself is laid out very well and very spacious and tastefully decorated. Highly recommend.

This was the third time our family of 4 stayed in this condo, and once again we had a wonderful stay! The views of the ocean and the bay can’t be beat from inside and outside on the balcony. The condo is quiet, clean, and comfortable inside. It’s an easy walk to the beach and a couple good restaurants also. Highly recommend this condo!

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had no issues and all the instructions were provided in a clear and timely manner. There are plenty of beach toys and a nice wagon and umbrella that saved us so much hassle from bringing all of that ourselves. The kitchen is VERY well stocked and the home is beautifully maintained. We would absolutely come back. Thanks for letting us stay!

Our family really enjoyed staying here. The complex can be challenging to navigate, but this condo is very easy to find. The parking spot and the storage unit are convenient to the elevator, and the condo is in a great location for easy beach access. The beds were comfortable and the unit was very clean. The kitchen has plenty of pots, pans, cooking utensils, etc. We made all of our meals there. Although it doesn't face the ocean directly, there is an excellent view from the windows and the balcony of both the bay and the ocean. You can watch the sunrise and sunset from the balcony. Laura is a wonderful host and responds quickly to messages. Her communication and directions were excellent. We would absolutely stay here again!

This was a great property. Close to the beach and very family oriented. Finding the keys to the condo was a little confusing but eventually we figured it out. All and all it was a great vacation and the host responded quickly.

We had a lovely time staying in this condo. It was so welcoming, beautifully kept, and well supplied with all necessary linens, towels, beach items, and more. The sanctuary was nice and quiet as well with still providing opportunities to swim, entertain the kids, dining options, and more. The local area is very nice as well with the restaurant & water sports spot right across the street, market down the road, and other quaint shops at your disposal. We hope to rent again in the future.

What drew me to this condo at The Sanctuary at False Cape is its unique setting—you get the best of both worlds with stunning ocean sunrises and serene Back Bay sunsets, all just steps from the beach. I love starting the day with a walk on the beach and ending it surrounded by the calm beauty of the area.

When I’m here, I enjoy everything from relaxing by the water to exploring the nearby wildlife refuges and nature trails. It’s the perfect place to slow down, recharge, and enjoy time with family and friends.
