Nestled in a storied French Heritage building in the coveted Marais neighborhood, this exceptional 232 m² (2,402 sq ft) apartment is a masterpiece of Parisian elegance. From the moment you ascend the grand stone staircase, the apartment's prestige is unmistakable. Soaring 4m (12ft) ceilings, a breathtaking Versailles parquet floor, intricate moldings, and exquisite marble fireplaces set the tone for an unforgettable stay. Thoughtfully renovated, this residence seamlessly blends classic Haussmannian grandeur with modern comfort.

The apartment accommodates up to 12 guests across five beautifully appointed king-size bedrooms — each with its own en-suite bathroom — plus a convertible living room sofa bed for two. A spacious dining area seats 12, complemented by a fully equipped separate kitchen, a welcoming living room, and a separate WC.

Every detail has been curated for a five-star experience: premium bed and bath linens, high-speed WiFi, air conditioning, a washer-dryer, smart TV, Nespresso machine, and a full suite of kitchen appliances. Toiletries, a hair dryer, and a safe are also provided. A baby bed and high chair are available upon request.
