Spacious property with room for multiple families. We all felt comfortable, even with our kiddos taking up space as kids do. The only complaint was that there is only one bathroom on the second floor with four bedrooms, but we were able to manage well.

When we arrived the smoke alarm was chirping and it took an email and phone call to resolve before bedtime.

Great stay.!!

It was great. My only concern would be to have some blinds or curtain for the door from inside, privacy concern.

This was a great choice for 3 couple, one additional adult, and my two small grandchildren. We were particularly impressed with the children's bedroom - perfect for the two little ones, who felt very comfortable there.

Great Home for a 3 generation family

We were very pleased with the property. The home was very clean and had lots of room for our 3 generation family. The home was private in a residential neighborhood but also close to many restaurants and activities. The home was well stocked with toys for our small children and beach supplies. We would definitely rent again in the future.

Winter stay was great

We had a pleasant stay in this large and very clean home. The basement was a great spot for our older boys to play while the dining/back room was great for our little one with the provided toys. The availability of a high chair and baby gate was great. The kitchen was exceptionally well appointed and included a variety of specialty appliances. The kid’s bedroom upstairs was a perfect setup for us and had an additional set of toys.Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for having us!

A friends get away

8 of us stayed in the house for 2 nights. It was a golf trip and the house was perfect for our group size. We did have to manage leaving cars off the property to abide by the only 3 cars in the driveway rule, but we knew that before we arrived. The house is really nicely appointed and very comfortable. It's exactly as advertised. I would definitely rebook. Before visit communication was very clear.

A great home for a large family

We really enjoyed this home which was perfect for our 3 generation family ranging from 7 months old to 60+. The home was very clean and there was ample space for everyone. The home was well stocked with supplies for the beach and toys for younger children to play with. The house is located in a nice residential neighborhood with lots of privacy and there were lots of restaurants within a few miles. We would definitely rent this home again.

Beautiful Property! Many bedrooms and bathrooms, which worked well for our family group. The location was perfect, since we were attending a wedding reception at the golf course only a few miles away. We would have appreciated another TV upstairs, since the only TV in the house is right outside the bedroom in the lower level. I would rate as a 4.5 overall.

Hi Linda, Thank you for your review, and we appreciate your feedback.  We’re delighted to hear that the home has many bedrooms and the location was perfect during your stay. We have forwarded to our Local Operations Manager your suggestion to have another TV upstairs since there is one TV which is in the outside bedroom on the lower level. We are hoping for another opportunity to host you again for a truly exceptional experience.

Cotuit Manor

This was our 2nd time staying here and it's perfect for everything we need. Lots and lots of space, we never even get time to spend time in some of the rooms! 10 mins down the road from our friends who own a cranberry bog so we can get there quick to help with the harvest!! Thank you again!!
