The Space:

Walk to everything from this updated and charming, three-bed/three-and-a-half bath townhome! Boasting a spacious, three-story layout, highlights of this contemporary townhouse include dual living areas, a home office, and central air-conditioning. Outside, enjoy a sandbox, an outdoor shower, a gas grill, and alfresco dining. A contemporary sectional sets the scene for relaxation in the living room. In the evening, kick back and stream your favorite shows on the smart TV. Choose from a selection of board games or watch a movie on the smart TV in the family room, featuring seating for four. An office nook provides a cushioned armchair and a desk with seating for two. Prepare your favorite foods in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring sleek stone countertops and an array of helpful gadgets. While dinner simmers, perch at the kitchen bar with seating for two. When it’s time to eat, gather for mealtime around the formal six-person dining table. Rest peacefully in the primary suite, complete with a king bed, smart TV, and en-suite bathroom with double vanity and a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom features a queen bed, while the third bedroom is outfitted with two twin beds. One guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination, another comes with a walk-in shower. A half bath adds additional convenience. After fun-filled days at the beach, rinse off with ease in the outdoor shower. The tots in your group will love the sandbox. Keep mealtime simple with a cookout on your private gas grill in the backyard. Then, dine al fresco at the table in the front yard. THINGS TO KNOW Beach chairs/toys/umbrellas provided. This house was so great! It was very clean, light and spacious, with extra touches and a very well stocked kitchen if you want to host guests or cook. Beds were very comfy and closets spacious. Whole suite in the basement. It’s extremely easy to walk to town and a short walk to the Martha’s Vineyard Ferry which we did for the day. There is plenty of off street parking and a pretty garden to sit in plus a back terrace area to sit out in as well. The host was quick to respond to questions before we arrived and took care of an issue we read about from another reviewer before we arrived. We would absolutely stay here again.

Property only had 2 usable bedrooms due to insect and moisture issues with the basement bedroom. Note- one of the upstairs bedrooms has very small (children- sized twin beds), which are not suitable for adults.

Beautiful home, nice location in Falmouth

We loved that many stores, restaurants and entertainment were very close by. House was well decorated and appreciated the kitchen with decent items for every day cooking.

Cape Cod Getaway

Enjoyed our two-week stay for a family vacation. It was perfect for us and in walking distance to town and close to area beaches. The residence was clean and comfortable, and it was located in a quiet, pleasant, well-maintained neighborhood. I would recommend this home for your stay in the Falmouth, MA area

Weekend in Falmouth

Had a great stay in Falmouth visiting friends for the weekend. The house was very clean and comfortable, and in a great location just a couple blocks from downtown, easily walkable. Check in was very easy and the host had a very nice welcome basket as well. Highly recommend!

Lovely Stay in Falmouth

The location was perfect - walking distance from the town center and beach. Falmouth is a lovely town with many options for shops, restaurants, bars etc. The layout of the house was perfect with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and well appointed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to renting this home again.

Perfect location.

This unit is situated in the heart of Falmouth extremely close to downtown walking to shops and restaurants. The beach is close. Property is clean and well stocked. Off the main road in very quiet. All in all perfect vacation.

Perfect weekend stay!

We stayed here for a local hockey tournament and the place was perfect for our family of 5. It was close to shopping and restaurants, and not far from the rink. It was clean, easy, and convenient.
