The Space:

This home is just 15 minutes from Chatham and loaded with amazing features like high vaulted ceilings with skylights, a spiral staircase, a spacious back patio with a gas grill, and much, much more! Inside, the first-floor living space is bright and open with a large living room furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs and lots of natural light cascading in through a sliding glass door that leads out to the patio. The full kitchen has plenty of wood cabinetry to hold your pantry staples, plus all the equipment and counter space the family chef will need to create something new. There's plenty of room up to six guests at the dining table, and up to four on the outside patio table. The patio is the perfect place to catch up with old friends while the kids play with each other on the grass. Off the kitchen, you'll find a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa and a bathroom with a shower/bath. Head upstairs to the loft, where you'll find a king-size bed, an en suite bathroom with a shower/bath, and a large sofa to enjoy a little privacy with. There are plenty of things to enjoy around the area like hiking Sheep Pond Woodlands Trail and biking on Cape Cod Rail Trail. You'll be super close to the shops and restaurants in Chatham. Head over to Ocean Edge Golf Club to play on some beautiful fairways for a little early morning exercise. Very nice condo. And a beautiful complex with several pools, hot tubs, tennis courts and golf. Good location near the Cape Cod Rail Trail.

Excellent stay at the Cape!

We have been renting at Ocean's Edge for years. Our stay was wonderful, plenty of rom for our family of six. We had an issue with our downstairs toilet shortly after we arrived and it was handled immediately. The communication was amazing. Check in and out was flawless. We had a great time and would stay again!

great location

Comfortable stay in a safe neighborhood. Felt like the home away from home that we needed as a base for our Cape Cod travels. We were able to commute by bike to Skaket Beach which saves money and is a great family experience stopping off at bakeries and ice cream shops on the way.

Great stay

Just what we were looking for— great location and property. The most important thing to us when renting is a clean and comfortable house. Thrilled that it was spotless and comfy. Had extremely easy check in/out. Look forward to staying again

Comfort, convenience and location!

Such a comfortable condo - kitchen equipped with everything you need, lots of towels, sofas in each bedroom and living room. The neighborhood is located right off the Cape Cod Rail Trail and restaurants of all sorts are nearby. We’d gladly stay here again! The WiFi was terribly slow but we were assured that this problem was being remedied.

Condo was as described and adequate for our needs. Overall good. Blinds in lower bedroom don't fit the window; could see into room from outside. We couldn’t regulate the AC easily. We didn’t find any check out instructions.

We had a great stay at this property! The bath towels and bed sheets were provided with the rental. It was so great not having to worry about packing them. We had an issue with the downstairs toilet about an hour or so after we arrived. We contacted Vacasa and their communication was excellent, and it was taken care of immediately. The rental was very clean and spacious. I was nervous about the only AC being in the loft but it did keep the whole house pretty cool and it was pretty hot this week. Everything was really great and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great week!!

Cape Cod Condo

The condo itself is very nice and pretty roomy for what you might expect. The community it's in is very quiet and not busy. Only small problem I had wasn't with the home it was with the pool. The 2 you get access to are beautiful but they're pricy to get into. Especially if you have a bunch of people.

family getaway

Proximity to bayside of the cape, midway between the canal and P'town was great. We did a lot in 4 days. The condo was clean and pretty comfortable. The only issues were that the coffee maker wasn't cleaned, and kitchen waste basket could have been wiped down inside. Mattresses both down and upstairs king bed could be updated as they were not comfortable. A mattress topper on both beds would help. We would stay there again. There was parking available for both cars.

Great location and space, but service needs attention

There wasn’t nearly enough trash bags (only the one that was in the bin already), towels (for the amount of people the place accounted for), paper towels (only was one roll), the wifi password was incorrect and i had to trouble shoot with the 800 number, no contact with the direct host unfortunately. and much of the plates and silverware was in the dishwasher when we got there, not sure if it was clean or not. The location and space itself was beautiful and a great layout but the service and cleanliness could have some more attention

Nice Location but Inaccurate Listing & Horrible Customer Service

Clean & good location. but def not a 2 bedroom. One room is loft that is open to living room so no privacy. Beds are very uncomfortable. A/C does not work in living room which made the whole experience not pleasant. The house was 82 plus degrees. The worst was the lack of responsiveness of the managers. The AC issue was not even looked at until the end of the stay and wasn’t fixed. We won’t stay here again..

Vacasa

Vacasa did not respond to my inquiries/questions until days after my return! I reached out to them a couple of times during the vacation with questions and no response. Not sure I would use them again. Other than that the accommodations were lovely and I would stay there again although I would prefer to not go through Vacasa again. Their emails to me once we got home stated they had a high-level of email inquiries and couldn’t get back to me in a timely manner. Unacceptable for the amount of money I paid!
