Given the age of the home, there is a notice in the listing advising guests that the property may have certain features that are not up to current code standards. We understand how the uneven floors and stairs could be challenging and will continue working to ensure this information is clearly communicated to guests. Additionally, we will update the miscellaneous notes to clarify that one set of stairs is a “Good Morning–style” staircase for better awareness. Cleanliness is a top priority for us, and we sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered. Our housekeeping team has been informed to improve cleaning standards and inspections. If we identify dirty carpets or stained furniture, we will continue to advise the homeowner so these items can be addressed appropriately. The property is equipped with Wi-Fi, and it appears there may have been a temporary connectivity issue during your stay. The kitchen is typically well-stocked, and the homeowner has been advised that the dishwasher requires replacement. We confirmed that the home does have hot water throughout. However, the bathroom located near the kitchen may take longer than usual for hot water to reach the fixtures. We regret any inconvenience this caused. Heating concerns are also being reviewed to improve consistency across all rooms, especially during colder weather. We understand your concerns regarding pricing and customer service, and are sorry that your experience did not meet expectations.
