The Space:

This spacious Salt Pond home provides plenty of space for large groups or families traveling together. Take a short drive to the beach and boardwalk in Bethany Beach to visit the quaint shops and feel the ocean breeze as you stroll along. The seasonal outdoor community pool (paid access required) is excellent in the summer as it's seasonal. Don't worry; there's an indoor pool and a hot tub for you to enjoy. On-site, there's an 18-hole golf course, so you can make a tee time and be home quickly after your round. Don't forget to use the fitness center (fees apply) and tennis courts. The large game room with a theatre is great for everyone to gather and enjoy time together, watching a movie or challenging each other in darts. With a large deck out back, enjoy dinner (gas grill provided) on the deck, or sit and have a cocktail and watch the kids play in the backyard. The screened porch is great for your morning coffee. With a modern kitchen and ample seating, you can bring everyone together for a meal or to plan your day at the beach. The home has free WiFi and a washer/dryer for when you come home from the beach. Disclosure: The fireplace is not for guest use. You'll have access to all of The Salt Pond's unique amenities, including the outdoor and indoor pools, children's pool, hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, volleyball court, gym, and clubhouse. Don't miss this incredible opportunity to make lasting memories with your family and friends! Things to Know Effective January 1, 2024, guest amenity passes will be provided at no additional charge. Fees still apply for golfing. The passes must be picked up and returned to the local office and a fee of $50.00 for each lost/unreturned pass will be assessed. The indoor pool is open September-June Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within ten days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. The house was very clean and well maintained. We were a group of 13 and there was adequate space for everyone to have their own space when needed and space to come together as a whole. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again. The only problem was that the AC on the third level went out but management brought in two portable AC’s to keep the rooms up there cool.

Beautiful spacious house for a family beach getaway

We loved staying here. The house was very spacious and well maintained. We wish we could have had time to take advantage of some of the amenities such as the pool, but we spent most of the time at Bethany beach, which is really close. This property was a really great price for the amount of space and the location. Definitely recommend!

Great weekend getaway for friends

Spacious house with great first floor for hanging out and cooking. Plenty of rooms to stay in for everyone and space. Nice large kitchen and convenient to drive to Dewey beach.

Stay at Salt Pond

The place was immaculate and a great location to gather with a big group. Extremely clean and comfortable. The rental company helped with any questions that came up.

Lots of Room

If you're looking for a place for a big gathering, this could be the place for you. Lots of room to sit, visit and reacquaint with family and friends. The pool is great! It's a great property location. There's a store in walking distance.

Great community and house for a reunion!

Spacious floor plan with plenty of comfortable beds and bathrooms. Not far from the beach and walking distance to pool, amenity center and grocery store. End of season wear and tear and could use a deep clean but overall, very pleased and we would rent this house again.

The house and location is very good. The house is beautiful with plenty of room for a very large family however, there were a few things that we were not pleased with. The fitted sheet/mattress cover on the queen bed on the second floor had mold on the side which was very upsetting and all the garbage was left in the house for us to remove. also there was dust hanging all along the ceiling/wall in the LR/DR area.other than that it is a beautiful house.
