We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The host was fabulous and was super responsive throughout the process. The multiple sitting rooms and quiet spaces were a hit with our multi generation family. The kitchen was well stocked, the house was super clean, the games were a ton of fun and the elevator was hugely beneficial! Most of all we loved our coffee time on the balcony enjoying the views! We will be back!

This property was all it was advertised as and more. We had places to sit and talk, the younger guys played foozball, the kitchen was great for cooking for everyone, the rooms were lovely, the view was lovelier, the elevator was great for my disabled husband. The beach is less than a (quite walkable) mile without having to cross over Route 1 (you walk underneath). Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Quiet and pleasant neighborhood. Pool and tennis/pickleball court great, but very popular. I can’t imagine a better place for a getaway with a group.

Bethany Beach Stay

The property is very nice and is in a fantastic location. It's close to a lot of touristy spots but is quiet. House was very well equipped. Homeowner was quick to respond to any questions or concerns.

This fantastic house was perfect for our multi generation family vacation. The hosts though of everything and it was incredibly well stocked. The views from the porch were magnificent and the bird watching was a nice added bonus. We would love to return again in the future.

Beautiful home!

We had three generations for a summer vacation and the house was awesome! Linda was very easy to work with and my family enjoyed the house. I highly recommend staying here.

Perfect!

This place was great. There were 9 of us including 6 teens. Plenty of space for everyone. Each bedroom had its own balcony, which the kids loved. The elevator was a big plus for my mother-in-law. The view from the back of the house was beautiful. And only a 10 minute walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful House in a beautiful setting.

The house is located on the edge of a state park with a beautiful marsh filled with birds, a very clean public beach located just across the highway. Centrally located between the Bethany Beach and Rehoboth Boardwalks, both a short drive away. Short drive from several very good seafood restaurants. the community is quiet and safe, with a nice little pool and tennis courts. The house is AMAZING, the top floor master suite is spacious with amazing views from the private deck. All 4 bedrooms have a balcony. Huge Kitchen, living room, media room, plenty of bathrooms(5) a wraparound deck with hot tub, plenty of room to gather, or have some privacy. Linda is an attentive host, and even put out some beach toys for our kids to use. We had a wonderful stay.

Fantastic property

Had a wonderful time at this great property. Had a bit of trouble with the fridge but with the capacity offered by the secondary refrigerators, it proved to be only a minor hitch. Plenty of private spaces to relax and unwind. This house is beautiful with water views from virtually every window, and there are lots to choose from. The owners and property mgrs. go the extra mile to ensure your stay will more than pleasurable. We look forward to returning !!

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful home and very well maintained in quiet neighborhood. Plenty of space for our group of 8 and then some. Hope to stay here again.

Fantastic House in Great Location

The house was gorgeous, with awesome water views from almost every room. The wraparound deck was fantastic, the elevator made unloading/packing super convenient, the layout was great, the home was tidy and clean, and there are nice touches everywhere you look. If I had any tiny complaint, it would be that the TV remote in the main room was very confusing, but that wasn't an issue.

Amazing views and location!!

Our family including parents and in-laws all enjoyed the amazing views from every balcony of this beautiful home. There is plenty of space and everything you need is available and very well organized. The location was perfect for driving onto the beach or for enjoying the state park beach and Big Chill restaurant a short walk. Would definitely recommend.
