A06-6 - Two-room apartment

Welcome to Apartment A06-6,

. This bright and cheerfully furnished, non-smoking two-room vacation apartment is located on the 6th floor with a sunny south-facing view and can accommodate up to three people. From the combined living and dining area, you have access to the balcony, which offers a stunning view of the Baltic Sea and Lübeck Bay. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, stove, and dishwasher and is integrated into the living and dining area. The interior bedroom features a double bed (2x 90 cm x 200 cm). The sleeper sofa in the living area provides a sleeping space for one additional person (sleeping surface approx. 130 x 200 cm).

The modern shower room is located inside the apartment. The beach is just a few minutes’ walk away.

The vacation rental does not include Wi-Fi for our guests during their stay.

Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or they can be rented for a fee for the duration of your stay.

All of our properties are non-smoking.

From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. The balconies can generally still be used during the breeding season.

There is a children’s playground on the premises, as well as a swimming pool located right next to it.
Use of the swimming pool is included during your stay.

We ask that you provide a security deposit. The deposit is €50—please transfer this amount in advance along with your final payment. This amount serves as a security deposit and will be refunded to you after your departure.


Complex:

The Panoramic apartment complex in Sierksdorf is located near the beach on the Bay of Lübeck and offers the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation on the Baltic Sea. The complex features 1- to 3-room vacation apartments for up to 4 people, spread from the first floor to the 18th floor, conveniently accessible by elevator or stairs. The elevator goes up to the second-to-last floor; some apartments on the upper levels are accessible only via the staircase. All vacation apartments feature a balcony or terrace, many of which offer wonderful ocean views.

The complex combines beachfront living with the natural charm of the Baltic Sea: Between spring and late summer, swallows occasionally nest in the upper balcony areas. These protected animals are part of the natural environment; the balconies, of course, remain available for use.
Please note that the apartment complex is not wheelchair accessible

A great perk: Admission to the heated indoor pool at the Panoramic complex is included for our guests during opening hours.
There is a playground right on the property, and the tennis court can be used for a fee.

Shopping options are about 2 km away in the town center, and dining options are just 400 m away. The fine-sand natural beach is only 350 m away, and both the Sierksdorf train station and the popular Hansa-Park amusement park are about 500 m away.
