290 - Sea breeze, modern, lateral Baltic Sea view, on the beach

Whether there’s a sea breeze or calm weather—it doesn’t matter; a family vacation here is sure to be a success. The 3-room vacation apartment No. 290 is located on the 3rd floor and features a balcony facing southwest with a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea. The tastefully furnished living and dining area opens onto the balcony. The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and stove and is arranged in an L-shape adjacent to the living/dining area. The master bedroom features a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm). The children’s bedroom features a tandem bed with two mattresses (90 cm x 200 cm). When both sleeping surfaces are in use, they are not at the same level. The modern shower room is located inside the apartment. The beach and the promenade are just a few minutes’ walk away. There is a parking space in the parking garage; stairs lead from there to the apartment. A side entrance provides access to the elevator for ground-level loading and unloading.<br><br>The vacation rental offers our guests free Wi-Fi during their stay. <br><br>Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or you can rent them for a fee for the duration of your stay. <br><br>All of our properties are non-smoking.<br><br>A laundry room is located in the complex and can be used for a fee.<br><br>From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. As a rule, the balconies can still be used during the breeding season.<br><br><br>Attachment:<br><br> The “Ferienpark Sierksdorf” apartment complex is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of town and directly on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any roads—particularly convenient for families with children. The gently sloping beach section offers excellent conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a slightly quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade invites you to enjoy relaxing days at the beach and take walks; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.<br><br>A variety of recreational activities around the vacation park ensure plenty of variety. Nearby amenities include beach restaurants, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The famous Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighboring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping, a gas station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein. <br><br>Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of Lübeck Bay offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green countryside.<br><br>From approximately April through September, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies.
