The first floor features a light-filled living room with a TV, fireplace, an open kitchen, and a stylish dining area. The living room and bedrooms are furnished with exclusive pieces from Riviera Maison. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances. Adjacent to the living area is a hallway with a built-in closet, an utility room, and a shower room tiled with elegant sandstone. The first floor features tasteful natural stone flooring that can be heated via underfloor heating.
A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, which is laid with hardwood flooring. This floor also features underfloor heating. The two bedrooms—one with a double box-spring bed and one with two single box-spring beds—are each equipped with a TV. A high-quality closet system provides ample storage space. In addition, the upper floor features another spacious bathroom equipped with Dornbracht fixtures, a rain shower, a bathtub, and a spacious sauna. From the upper floor, a wooden staircase leads up to the attic. Here you’ll find an additional bedroom with two single box-spring beds.
