This modern house was newly built in 2021 and comfortably accommodates 2 people, with room for 1–2 additional guests on the sleeper sofa. The house is completely wheelchair-accessible, with the exception of the rooftop terrace, and is therefore suitable for people who use wheelchairs.
The tranquil town, with several small supermarkets, bars, and restaurants, is within walking distance—about 2 km away—so you won’t always need to rely on a rental car. 
Many hiking trails are located in the immediate vicinity of the house and lead toward the sea to Puerto de Puntagorda, with its man-made ocean swimming pools, or to Roque de los Muchachos, the island’s highest mountain.



Casa Casa:

This modern house was built in 2021 and is also a suitable vacation home for people with disabilities. Thanks to its location below the center of Puntagorda, it offers unique ocean views and a pleasant climate. Directly in front of the house is a covered terrace with a large table, a bench, and two chairs. Another seating area is perfect for enjoying a glass of wine in the evening or watching the sunset from the rooftop terrace. A small Weber grill is available for guests’ use. Behind the house, the washing machine is housed in a separate room. The property measures 800 square meters. 

Sliding doors throughout the house allow for easy wheelchair access; the doorways are, of course, sufficiently wide. The simple, modern rooms are airy and bright thanks to a Canarian wooden roof and large windows.



The center of the house features the kitchen, a dining table, and a cozy sitting area. The sleeper sofa in the living room accommodates 2 additional guests—such as traveling children—or if you’re a couple who needs separate bedrooms.

The living area is complemented by a reading chair with a reading lamp and a large flat-screen TV. There is no satellite TV, but the TV is internet-enabled, and you can watch your favorite shows using your Netflix or Amazon Prime account.



The small dining table partially separates the room from the kitchen. The modern kitchenette, featuring a ceramic cooktop (4 burners), oven, dishwasher, and plenty of counter space, is perfectly equipped for guests who enjoy cooking even while on vacation.


The accessible bathroom features a wheelchair-accessible shower, toilet, and a sink with a mirror. The large bedroom with a double bed boasts a view across the terrace all the way to the sea. Hot water is generated in an environmentally friendly and sustainable manner using a solar water heater.
