Here on the sixth hole of the course, you'll have an outdoor deck with lakefront views, warm and inviting decor to make you feel right at home, and outstanding access to the lake, the golf course, hiking and biking trails, and all sorts of winter sports.

This condo sits right on the southwestern shores of Moosehead Lake, directly adjacent to the sixth hole of the challenging nine-hole golf course at Squaw Mountain Village. When you're not boating or fishing on the lake or enjoying the hiking and biking trails nearby, you'll be a scenic drive from Rockwood, downtown Greenville, and the famous Mt. Kineo Golf Course. Rent a pontoon boat to help you explore the lake, take a ride on the Katahdin, browse the unique gift shops in Greenville, and spend the winter snowmobiling, downhill skiing at Squaw Mountain, and snowshoeing and cross country skiing on quiet trails.

Great place!

This was a great place to stay! We’ve stayed in the Greenville area many times as well as owned property there. We will be returning to sirens some time here this winter with out snowmobiles! Thanks for a great place to stay!

Great Escape

Very nice condo right on the golf course with a beautiful view of moosebead lake. Condo was very up to date, clean and just want we needed. Would highly recommend staying here!!

Excellent place to stay

We visited just after Christmas and the view from the unit was beautiful. You can see the frozen lake and also the house is close to gas station, restaurant, near by town. The house is spacious and we enjoyed our stay. I will visit this area again in the summer.

Fabulous view of Moosehead Lake.

Quiet and convenient to lake and town. Very spacious without the hassle of renting a bigger property. Nice size bedrooms and bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen. Very clean and updated! Second time renting property.

Greenville Snowmobile Trip 2022

Excellent check-in process. Condo had excellent view of the lake. Very clean and recently updated. Two nice bedrooms with 2 modern bathrooms. Access to snowmobile trails via lake. Unit had all the amenities you would need. Would definitely stay their again.

Perfect place to stay for a winter snowmobile trip!

The condo was clean, comfortable, and most importantly - close to snowmobile trails! Plenty of space for 4 people, and having the two bathrooms was great. The kitchen was perfect to cook in and the beds were comfy too. You won’t regret booking here. One note- sometimes the water does run a bit brown, but the hosts provide plenty of bottled water for cooking/ drinking. Was not a problem for us at all!

Water quality not good

If you planning to stay here make sure you bring plenty of water bottles with you. Water quality is not good. For entire one day we had yellowinsh water from faucet. We stayed there 07/2021.

The water system at the condos has passed all water safety tests and is up to code. It's been tested rigorously by the condo association. The records can be found at the town office. This is something that happens in every single condo in this building, the one behind it and the one on the hill. We are told it is likely from the pipe system.

Great lakefront site - amazing kithchen. Dark condo with only 60 watt bulbs. Golf course cart path 5 feet from condo deck that is the only source of light.

Communications with property manager very poor.

Generally this is a good unit. The bathroom and refrigerator were not clean. Kitchen floor sticky. Rusty water from the shower and bathroom tap. The wall units suggested air conditioning but there is none. At least they could have called back instead of continuing to text that they were coming - even at 11:30 pm! The chairs are too high for the table on the porch so even in the 84 degrees inside we couldn’t eat out on the table. We asked for a partial refund on the property management fee and after on hold for 15 minutes the supervisor hung up on us and did not call back. Still looking for that refund.

Brown water

This rental has no potable / drinkable water. We had a kitchen we couldn’t use and a shower that we couldn’t use and we had to buy all bottled water to drink and brush our teeth. Forget cooking or showering. The water is completely brown coming out of the faucet. If you let it run, the bathroom ones come clean eventually but every time you turn off they go brown again. The kitchen never runs clear. Never. Do disgusting. This rental was more expensive than any of the others I’ve done in the area, and it’s far inferior to any VRBO I’ve ever stayed at. The dead flies in the shower, the musty smell and the sponge for a bed, were all just the icing on the cake. The unit is cute looking inside (dismal outside) and would have been fine if it not for the water. Tried to contact vrbo on the first day we arrived but no one got back to us. It was a trip for my birthday, and the accommodations couldn’t have been more disappointing. Normally I would never leave this review but since no one saw fit to call me back about the fact that sewer water was coming out of the faucets, the review is necessary. I believe it should be illegal to rent a unit with no drinkable water. Truly unconscionable.

Thank you so much for your feedback, Annemarie. We are working with the condo association to see what steps can be done to rectify the issue with the water at the condos. We will certainly supply drinking water until that issue is resolved. Our number one goal is to ensure the best guest experience possible when you are in a Vacasa home, and since we failed to respond to your issue in a timely manner, we've sent an offer for reconciliation and given you a direct number to contact if you ever find yourself in this situation again. That being said, we will see to it that you never have a subpar Vacasa experience again.
