Take some time to relax and reconnect with nature at this beautifully furnished home in Southwest Harbor! You'll be just a short drive away from the wonderful Arcadia National Park, where you'll be able to hike on its many breathtaking trails and enjoy the sights. Take a walk down to the shores of the beaches and relax for a while with a cold drink in hand as you bask in the sun. You'll be in luck: the Claremont Hotel is right next door, with fantastic dining options, a small bakery, and a bar. Other great local attractions include Pirate's Cove Adventure Golf, Bar Harbor Whale Watch, Acadian Boat Tours, Wild Gardens of Acadia, and Bubble Rock.

Upon entering, this three-story retreat enjoys a welcoming living room with inviting sofas throughout, a wood stove to keep you nice and warm during your stay, many books and magazines, and a TV with cable. This is a wonderful spot to unwind and create everlasting memories with your loved ones! When it's time to eat, whip up exquisite culinary masterpieces in the well-appointed kitchen, or throw some patties and veggies onto the gas grill for a classic American barbecue on the deck with great ocean views. The first floor of this convenient abode enjoys a private reading nook with many entertaining books and one bedroom. The upper floor offers two additional bedrooms.

We’ve rented many Moosehead camps over the years and this is among the best. Spacious house, comfortable beds, a well-stocked kitchen, great beach and dock. Very charming place—definitely deserves the five stars.

The stay at Moosehead

Such a beautiful spot. We enjoyed our stay so much. The house was so cute and so clean, we saw alot of wildlife, moose and deer were the big hits! Highly recommend others to enjoy a stay in the North Maine Woods!

Cutest Lake Cabin Ever

The cabin was perfect for a relaxing and romantic getaway. We enjoyed sitting by the lake with our feet in the water, watching the sun set. The kitchen is well appointed and we enjoyed grilling on the deck. The home is so cozy and comfortable, we are definitely hoping for a return visit!

Quiet perfection!

We wanted a few days away just to relax, unwind, and do little else; Pebble Beach was the perfect option. The house is perfect with comfortable sleeping options while Moosehead Lake is quite literally just outside the front door. The July water was a perfect temp and at times the only sound was the water lapping against the shore. Pebble Beach is a hidden treasure. We loved our stay and plan yo return.

Rustic Moosehead Lakehouse

Rustic but comfortable, fairly roomy cabin on quiet Beaver Cove at Moosehead Lake. Accessible pebble beach with dock, 2 kayaks, and a great outdoor fireplace. Nearby Greenville is a nice little tourist town, and the real Maine is not far away. Would rent again, for longer next time.

The cabin is beautiful and the history behind it is lovely, the property and the lakefront are perfect, and it has everything you could possibly need for a wonderful vacation. Every single aspect of the description is accurate. We definitely hope to be back!
