You'll feel completely removed from the world yet close enough to stroll to parks and restaurants. Inside, the home offers spacious living areas, floor‑to‑ceiling windows, and an open layout that invites the outdoors in, framing those signature mountain views from nearly every angle.

Inside The Mirador House, you'll find a clean, light‑filled, beautifully updated retreat with three comfortable king bedrooms, each appointed with premium linens and generous storage. The fully equipped kitchen features Fisher & Paykel appliances and everything you need for effortless cooking and entertaining, while a dedicated workspace and fast Wi‑Fi make it easy to stay connected when needed. Weekly pool and landscape service keeps the entire property pristine throughout your stay.

This gated and walled estate sits on a quiet residential street, offering a private .36‑acre lot surrounded by towering 12‑foot hedges. The home itself is a thoughtfully restored 1956 mid‑century modern with contemporary updates that elevate comfort without compromising its architectural soul. The expansive yard includes a sparkling pool, spa, firepit, and unobstructed western mountain views that deliver unforgettable sunsets.

The saltwater pool features a waterfall, an integrated hot tub, a tanning shelf, and multiple steps for easy entry. The outdoor spaces are designed for both play and relaxation, with a bocce court, badminton, croquet, and a dedicated yoga and meditation area tucked among the palms. A built‑in BBQ, shaded dining area, padded loungers, and an outdoor shower make the yard feel like your own private resort, while the firepit sets the tone for cozy desert evenings under the stars.

A wet bar with an ice maker and wine cooler elevates your entertaining indoors. The home also includes a free Level 2 EV charger and garage parking, high‑speed Wi‑Fi supported by a Sonos sound system and smart TV, a washer and dryer conveniently located in the hallway, and an additional fridge and freezer in the garage. The property is solar‑powered with backup for essential systems, adding peace of mind to your stay.

This home is conveniently located five minutes from the Palm Springs airport, downtown shops and restaurants, public and private golf courses, art galleries, and nightlife. Palm Springs area activities include world class golfing, hiking, botanical gardens, desert landscape parks, the Palm Springs Aerial Tram, tennis, gyms, horseback riding, and shopping (high-end outlet mall nearby).

Also enjoy nearby Joshua Tree National Park (an extraordinary national park set in the desert). Theme parks within a two-hour drive include Disneyland (in Anaheim) and Sea World (in San Diego).

International guests will find Palm Springs to be an ideal "home base" for day trip excursions to all the favorite Southern California destinations.

This vacation rental is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation. Our homeowners have made this home available for others to enjoy with their responsible group that will treat the home and neighborhood with respect.

In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city's and house rules. The City of Palm Springs prohibits music and loud noise. It strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed outdoors at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00 pm and 10:00 am, and guests are asked to be inside during those hours and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property's posted occupancy.

Poolside Vacation Rentals is local and available at any time. We care for our homes and our guests with a dedication to great hospitality. We are locally owned and operated and look forward to the opportunity to host you.

Friendly Reminder: Optional pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost of $79 nightly or $395 weekly. Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 102 degrees. Spa heat only is available at $25 nightly. (During hot summer months, spa heat only can be enabled at no additional charge. These months include July, August, September)
