Owner reserves right to charge an additional fee if guest exceeds 6 people. - Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum after 10:30 p.m. Our building is in fact strict with this noise bylaw and we have had guests receive a fine. - No smoking in the building or on the balcony. Strata regulations outline a $250 fine issued for smoking. - Please keep ski gear in locked storage in the secure parking lot. Please refrain from keeping gear inside the condo area. - Please respect check-out time. Often, we have back-to-back guests leaving a small window of time for our cleaner to ensure the unit is prepared for our next guest. We kindly ask you to check out at our 10 am check-out to avoid a late fee, as we DO get billed for this inconvenience to our cleaning service. - In addition, we kindly ask you to remove garbage and recycling from the unit upon departure. You manly be subject to a fee for not removing garbage and recycling. See binder for further instructions.
