This listing combines our entire property — the Main Cabin and the attached private Guest Suite — into one massive, cohesive vacation home with dual living spaces, dual kitchens, dual laundry facilities, and ultimate privacy. Connected internally by a secure privacy door, the two living areas flow together seamlessly for group socializing, while still allowing sections of the family to close the door for perfect peace and quiet when needed. After a day of exploring the Blue Ridge area, you can unwind in our professional HotSpring luxury salt water hot tub and take in the million-dollar views of Fisher Peak.

THE MAIN HOUSE LAYOUT
- Great Room: Gather beneath soaring vaulted ceilings in a light-filled living area featuring rich timber walls and comfortable seating.
- Fully Equipped Kitchen and Dining: A complete home kitchen with appliances and all the cookware needed to feed a large family, featuring a beautiful wooden dining table.
- Entertainment Basement: Includes a premium pool table, an air hockey table, a cozy fireplace stove, comfortable lounge seating, a large Smart TV, and a comfortable sofa bed for extra guests.
- Sleeping Configuration: Features two en-suite bedrooms (one King bed and one Queen bed) alongside a spacious upper Loft with two Full-size beds and a dedicated half-bathroom.

- Hot Tub Luxury: Unwind in our professional HotSpring premium salt water hot tub — featuring an advanced freshwater salt system that is incredibly gentle on the skin and eyes with no harsh chemical odors.
- Enjoy the Land: Explore our sprawling 17 plus acre property running directly along the peaceful Little Fisher River. While a portion of the estate is safely kept as a private nature sanctuary and active host workshop area (marked with signs for your safety), guests have full, exclusive access to more than half of the expansive manicured grounds!
- Creek-Side Field: Relax by a historic scenic waterwheel, enjoy riverside outdoor dining at the picnic table, or gather around a premium, custom stone firepit (topped with a beautiful cedar wood cover).
- Farm Charm: Watch our friendly heritage flock of chickens and geese from a distance. Please note their area is secured by an active electric fence for their protection — please keep a respectful distance and supervise children at all times.
- Host Tip: Since we are nestled in true, lush nature by the river, we highly recommend bringing your favorite bug spray to fully enjoy your evenings by the fire!

IMPORTANT DETAILS AND ESTATE CARE
- Host On-Site/Privacy Confirmed: The host resides in a completely separate barn structure on the backyard acreage. The host maintains a completely quiet profile, uses a separate driveway, and 100 percent respects your total privacy and space. The host will only be out briefly each day to tend to the resident dogs and poultry.
- Occupancy and Fees: The nightly rate covers up to 10 guests. For groups of 11 or 12 guests, there is an additional fee of 60 dollars per person, per night to help with premium utility and linen usage. Maximum occupancy is strictly limited to 12 overnight guests.
- Septic System Care: Our mountain property relies on a sensitive septic system. Please help us protect it by flushing ONLY toilet paper (absolutely no wet wipes, feminine products, or grease down the drains).
- Hot Tub Etiquette: To keep our premium salt water system sparkling clean and perfectly balanced, please take a quick shower to rinse off lotions and body oils before entering.
- Owner Storage: The garage and specific internal supply closets are reserved for owner storage and will remain locked.
- Small Events and Weddings: We welcome intimate weddings (maximum 25 total attendees) for a 900 dollar event fee and a required Certificate of Liability Insurance. Please message us directly to discuss your plans before booking.
