Location
The vacation home (the front-left half of the house in the exterior photo) is located on a quiet side street on the outskirts of the village of Risum-Lindholm, which has a population of approximately 3,700. In town, you’ll find shopping, a bakery, a heated outdoor pool, horseback riding, and much more. This charming village is an excellent base for numerous excursions in the surrounding area—whether trips to Sylt, Föhr, Amrum, or the Halligen islands, to Denmark, or even to the Baltic Sea. The nearest larger town, Niebüll, is 5 km away. A train station is within walking distance, about 750 m away. The Dagebüll harbor, with ferry connections to Föhr and Amrum, is 11 km away.

The vacation home is furnished in a modern Frisian style and features a spacious, open living area with a sofa nook in front of the wood-burning stove, a flat-screen TV (satellite), a cozy dining area, and an open kitchen equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker (filter size 4), electric kettle, toaster, and plenty of dishes and cooking utensils.
The country house offers 3 bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with a single bed on the first floor (90 x 200), Bedroom 2 with a double bed (160 x 200) on the upper floor, and Bedroom 3 with two single beds.
The large bathroom is equipped with a shower, a bathtub with a whirlpool function, and a washing machine.

In the small, fenced-in garden, you can wind down at the end of the day on the wind-protected terrace in comfortable garden chairs.

Special Features
In this non-smoking vacation home, you can park your car right next to the house. Wi-Fi is provided free of charge to our guests. Your four-legged friend is also welcome here. You can safely store any bicycles you bring with you in a garden shed. Since the upper bedroom has Danish-style windows that open outward, this accommodations are only suitable for small children to a limited extent (risk of accidents).

An initial set of bed linens and towels is required for this accommodation and is already included in the final price.
