In this beautiful, very centrally located apartment for 2-3 people you are on top in every respect! Top panorama of Ettelsberg, ski slopes and Willingen; Top Features; Top location; on top of the roof!

Very central location; Most of the facilities such as the cable car, ice rink, lagoon pool, spa gardens, center and adventure golf are just a 3-5 minute walk away. 2-room comfort apartment for 2-3 people, one bedroom and roof terrace. The only thing missing from this apartment as a real penthouse is the surrounding roof terrace, but there is a wonderful view from all 5 windows in the south-west facing living area. Here you feel on top!

Apartment layout and equipment:
- Living room with home cinema and many CDs/DVDs
- Reading corner with separate sofa bed for the 3rd person.
- large open kitchen with dishwasher and very good equipment: dishwasher, Microwave, espresso/pad machine, blender, waffle iron, good assortment of spices...etc.
- Bedroom with double bed and seatgroup - Baby cot, high chair on request.
- Southwest roof terrace with great panorama, seating area, electric grill and sun loungers.
- Modern shower room with towel warmer, hair dryer and cosmetic mirror.
- Own underground parking space
- WiFi

The Fewo Penthaus-Blick was classified with 4 stars for 2 people until June 2019. It still fulfills the points for 4 stars, but we have decided to offer the apartment for 3 people. However, since a combined living/bedroom (sofa bed...etc.) is not permitted with 4-stars, the apartment now only has 3-stars because of the third bed.

Other equipment:
Washing machine, dryer, bicycle cellar, 2x trekking poles, hiking backpack, ironing equipment and a toboggan in winter.


Note for the 3rd person: Thanks to the separate pull-out sofa bed for the 3rd person in the reading corner, the sofa is always available as a seating group. The sleeping bed stands like a real bed. No complicated bed-making in the evening.

ATTENTION! The following year (after the Christmas holidays) can only be booked from July of the current year - no dates will be offered to you before then.


Additional price information:

All basic prices are for 2 people and include bed linen (beds made), towels and final cleaning. Our daily prices above mentioned are calculated for a stay of 4 nights!


Please note the following important information:

1. When making inquiries and bookings, please avoid arrivals and departures on Saturdays whenever possible, as we do not want to disrupt busy weekends. Instead of Saturday, please arrive on Friday or Sunday if possible.
For arrivals/departures on Saturdays, we charge a surcharge of €60, which is not shown in the price calculator!

2. We cannot offer discounts for Sunday-to-Sunday bookings, as cleaning staff receive a 100% wage supplement for working on Sundays and public holidays, as stipulated by collective agreement. This means that for Sunday-to-Sunday bookings, we always charge the base price per night specified for the respective season x7, even if a discount is calculated in the price calculator.

Further exceptions for arrivals/departures:
Ski Jumping (FIS World-Cup): Arrival only possible on Thursday/Friday (no arrivals on Saturday)
Carnival: Arrival only on Thursday/Friday Possible (not Saturday, Sunday, or Carnival Monday)
Easter: Arrival only until Maundy Thursday (arrival on Good Friday only possible with a minimum booking of 9 nights)
Easter: No arrival possible on Easter Saturday or Easter Sunday
Easter: No departure possible on Good Friday, Easter Saturday, or Easter Sunday
Pentecost: Arrival Thursday/Friday (arrival on Pentecost Saturday only possible with a minimum booking of 8 nights)
Pentecost: No arrival/departure possible on Pentecost Sunday!
Christmas Holidays: No departure possible on December 24, 25, 26, 31, or New Year's Day

You will receive the binding total price from us via email with your inquiry or booking. Upon booking, you can withdraw from the contract after receiving the reservation confirmation, provided you do not agree to the final price.

In addition to all prices, a tourist tax of currently €3 per person/night for guests aged 15 and over (as of 2024) will be charged.

Security Deposit:
A general security deposit of €200 is required for this property.
The security deposit is payable along with the final payment no later than 14 days before arrival and will be refunded to you within seven to ten business days after departure.


Terms of payment:
- 20% deposit within one week of receiving the booking confirmation.
- Remaining payment up to 14 days before arrival
- For short-term bookings <21 days in advance, everything must be transferred immediately within 24 hours of receiving the booking confirmation.
- Cash payment on site is not possible!
