2-room comfort holiday apartment with WiFi Anyone who books this holiday apartment will be in for a real stroke of luck. The apartment was completely renovated with a lot of passion for the 2024 season, furnished to a high quality and chicly decorated. The apartment is located near Schwalefeld. The Schwalefeld town center with restaurants and village shop can be reached in just a few minutes on foot. It is about 4km to the center of Willingen and just 10 minutes (10km) to Lake Diemel by car. Pleasure holidaymakers who prefer comfort, peace and closeness to nature in the Upland will probably find their favorite accommodation here.
APARTMENT EQUIPMENT:
This elegant apartment with WiFi impresses with its modern design with top amenities, terrace, garden and beautiful Upland mountain panorama. Located on a remote hillside, it goes down two floors from the street to the apartment; one via external stairs and one via internal stairs.
- Living room with TV, Bluetooth radio, dining area and panoramic views.
- open kitchen with top equipment: dishwasher, PAD machine, Coffee machine,
toaster, kettle, egg cooker, blender, Sandwich toaster, and good selection of spices.
- Bedroom with double bed (180x200), TV, wardrobe and armchair bed (if necessary, sleeping space for a child).
- large terrace with seating area, electric grill, bench, deck chairs, parasol and garden.
- Modern shower room with towel warmer, hairdryer and cosmetic mirror.
- Parking space in front of the house
There are food/drinking bowls available for your dog, a plastic dog basket (please bring a dog blanket) and an anchor in the garden for a long dog leash, as the garden unfortunately cannot be fenced in.
Important note: Due to the narrow staircase leading from the front door to the apartment door, the apartment is unfortunately not suitable for transporting bicycles and strollers

ATTENTION! The following year (after the Christmas holidays) can only be booked from July of the current year - no dates will be offered to you before then.
Additional price information:
All basic prices are for 2 people and include bed linen (beds made), towels and final cleaning. A third person (only a child up to approx. 12 years) can sleep in an extra bed (sleeper chair in the bedroom) for an additional charge of 15€/night.
Our daily prices above mentioned are calculated for a stay of 4 nights!
Please note the following important information:
1. When making inquiries and bookings, please avoid arrivals and departures on Saturdays whenever possible, as we do not want to disrupt busy weekends. Instead of Saturday, please arrive on Friday or Sunday if possible.
For arrivals/departures on Saturdays, we charge a surcharge of €60, which is not shown in the price calculator!
2. We cannot offer discounts for Sunday-to-Sunday bookings, as cleaning staff receive a 100% wage supplement for working on Sundays and public holidays, as stipulated by collective agreement. This means that for Sunday-to-Sunday bookings, we always charge the base price per night specified for the respective season x7, even if a discount is calculated in the price calculator.
Further exceptions for arrivals/departures:
Ski Jumping (FIS World-Cup): Arrival only possible on Thursday/Friday (no arrivals on Saturday)
Carnival: Arrival only on Thursday/Friday Possible (not Saturday, Sunday, or Carnival Monday)
Easter: Arrival only until Maundy Thursday (arrival on Good Friday only possible with a minimum booking of 9 nights)
Easter: No arrival possible on Easter Saturday or Easter Sunday
Easter: No departure possible on Good Friday, Easter Saturday, or Easter Sunday
Pentecost: Arrival Thursday/Friday (arrival on Pentecost Saturday only possible with a minimum booking of 8 nights)
Pentecost: No arrival/departure possible on Pentecost Sunday!
Christmas Holidays: No departure possible on December 24, 25, 26, 31, or New Year's Day
You will receive the binding total price from us via email with your inquiry or booking. Upon booking, you can withdraw from the contract after receiving the reservation confirmation, provided you do not agree to the final price.
In addition to all prices, a tourist tax of currently €2 per person/night for guests aged 15 and over (as of 2024) will be charged.
Security Deposit:
A general security deposit of €200 is required for this property.
The security deposit is payable along with the final payment no later than 14 days before arrival and will be refunded to you within seven to ten business days after departure.
Terms of payment:
- 20% deposit within one week of receiving the booking confirmation.
- Remaining payment up to 14 days before arrival
- For short-term bookings <21 days in advance, everything must be transferred immediately within 24 hours of receiving the booking confirmation.
- Cash payment on site is not possible!
