Parking:
Parking is available at Cape Quarter, depending on availability, and is charged at the guest’s own cost.

You’ll be within walking distance of cafés, restaurants, and boutique stores, making it easy for you to enjoy the best of De Waterkant. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, The Valour Suite offers a comfortable and convenient base for your stay. You’ll also have access to a dedicated guest chat group should you need quick assistance or local recommendations.

Guest Guidelines:
To ensure a safe and pleasant stay for everyone, management reserves the right of admission. Behaviour that breaks house rules, involves illegal activity, or affects the comfort or safety of other residents may result in removal without refund. Only registered guests are permitted on the property.

Third-party bookings are not permitted. The lead guest must be present for the duration of the stay.

Valid government-issued ID copies are required for all guests prior to check-in and must match the names on the reservation.

SimpliRent reserves the right to deny access or cancel the booking without refund if unauthorised, undeclared, or third-party guests attempt to access the property.

Guests will have full and exclusive access to the entire apartment throughout their stay.

Guests will be added to our dedicated guest chat group, where our team is always available to assist with any questions, recommendations, or support you may need. From check-in to check-out, we ensure a seamless and attentive experience so you can enjoy your stay with total peace of mind.
No Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. You may smoke in designated outdoor areas if available.

No Parties or Events:
To maintain a peaceful environment for all residents, parties and loud gatherings are not permitted.

Quiet Hours:
Please respect quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 9:00 AM.

Guests & Visitors:
Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Please inform us in advance if you expect any visitors.

Security & Building Access:
This is a secure building — kindly ensure doors and windows are locked when leaving the apartment.

Cleanliness:
Please keep the apartment tidy and treat it with care. Weekly cleaning is provided, but additional services can be arranged on request.

Respect the Neighbours:
Be considerate of others living in the building excessive noise or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.

No Pets (Unless Approved):
Pets are not permitted unless prior approval has been granted.

Electricity Usage:
The apartment is loaded with a limited amount of electricity for your stay. Any usage beyond this will be billed to the guest account.
