Vacation Apartment in the Jurahaus for 2 People

Enjoy your vacation in the Altmühltal in the lovingly renovated, historic Jurahaus, which features 2 vacation apartments.
Separate entrances on the west and east sides of the house lead to the apartments on the first floor and upper floor, respectively. If you’d like to rent the entire house, we can provide the key to the connecting door between the apartments.
You can park your car in the carport (charging available for a fee), and there’s a lockable bike storage room—with outlets for e-bikes—for your bicycles. You can also rent bicycles directly from us.
A washing machine and dryer (for a fee) are available in the common area, as well as a rotary clothes dryer, an iron with an ironing board, lounge chairs, and additional chairs for the outdoor area.
The outdoor areas around the house are complete; the lawn and flower meadow are growing and thriving.
In the garden, you can relax either in the area behind or next to the house. Comfortable patio furniture and lounge chairs are provided. You can start your day with breakfast at the seating area on the east-facing patio. The porch off the shed’s outdoor seating area invites you to enjoy the evening sun.
You’ll find shopping options either in Dietfurt, about 3.5 km away, or in Beilngries, which is 5 km away.
You can stay connected via social media using free, high-speed Wi-Fi. Unfortunately, cell phone reception depends on the network and may be limited. You can set up Wi-Fi calling on your cell phone.
Depending on your taste, you’ll find various eateries and restaurants in the area that specialize in regional cuisine.
Cities such as Munich, Nuremberg, or Regensburg are about an hour’s drive away and perfect for a day trip.
Please note that these are non-smoking apartments, and pets are not allowed.

When you enter the first floor, you’ll immediately notice the heated hallway, which is paved with original limestone tiles.
In the bedroom, you’ll rest in a 200 cm x 200 cm bed with two mattresses, which the homeowner built and crafted himself from old beams that were hewn with an axe.
The living-dining area with an integrated kitchen spans the entire width of the house. It features a spruce plank floor that extends continuously across the entire width of the room. In the living area, you can watch TV from the couch or a reading chair, listen to your own music through the soundbar, and watch the fire in the heated tiled stove. Together with the wall heating, it provides cozy warmth.
The dining area, featuring a glass display cabinet, offers plenty of space to enjoy meals prepared in the fully equipped kitchen.
The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and egg cooker, as well as an oven with a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
The bathroom, featuring wide sinks and a walk-in shower, also includes a toilet. Underfloor heating and a towel warmer ensure a comfortable temperature. A hair dryer, flat iron, toiletries, and bath and hand towels are, of course, provided.
