King bed in the bedroom, plus a queen air mattress that sleeps two more, or use our fold down couches, comfortable for up to four guests. Designed for business travelers who want to walk everywhere, or couples sharing a basecamp close to all the action.
No smoking anywhere on the property (interior or exterior). $500 cleaning fee if violated.
No parties or events. This is a residential property and noise complaints from neighbors will result in immediate booking cancellation without refund. $1000 fine
Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
No unregistered guests. Max occupancy is strictly enforced per the listing.
Damage beyond normal wear and tear will be billed to the guest
Check-in: 4 PM | Check-out: 10 AM (early/late requests considered based on availability)
