A modern, family-friendly apartment on the fifth floor of our apartment building awaits its guests.<br>The layout is exemplary, the design is skillfully planned, and everything is very close to Schillig Beach.<br><br>Two bedrooms and the spacious living area with an open kitchen extend a warm welcome to you.<br><br>Featuring a cozy sofa nook with a TV, the living area stands out with its integrated kitchenette and spacious dining area complete with a table and four chairs.<br>Featuring a timelessly beautiful design, the high-quality built-in kitchen offers everything you need. <br>Dishes, silverware, glasses, as well as pots and pans are provided. Additionally, a Tassimo coffee maker is available for your use.<br>Please note that household supplies and consumables such as dish towels, dishcloths, dishwasher tabs, toilet paper, etc., are not included; please bring these with you.<br><br>Each bedroom features a double bed with nightstands, a wardrobe, and a TV.<br>The furnishings are modern and high-quality.<br><br>Underfloor heating throughout the apartment provides cozy warmth on cooler days.<br><br>On stormy and/or rainy days, the bathroom—with its own sauna and full amenities—can quickly become a wellness retreat.<br>A sauna, a rain shower, and a bathtub provide all the comfort you need to relax. You can purchase sauna scents for your personal sauna moments at our front desk.<br><br>A spacious, furnished balcony facing south toward the waterway invites you to linger. A beach chair provides the perfect setting to enjoy the sunset.<br><br>A free parking space is available to you during your stay.<br><br>Upon request, a travel crib for toddlers with a mattress and fitted sheet and/or a high chair for toddlers can be borrowed at our front desk (located directly on the premises).<br>Shared washing machines and dryers, as well as an ironing board and iron, are available for a fee in our laundry room on the first floor of Building No. 48 (behind the front desk).<br><br>For safety reasons, barbecuing is prohibited throughout the entire vacation park.<br>Bachelor and bachelorette parties, as well as similar celebrations, parties, or events, are not permitted in this accommodation.<br>The apartment is connected to the fiber-optic network and offers excellent internet reception.
