The Space:
Three levels of open mountain-modern living designed for groups that actually want to spend time together. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the views; motorized shades drop with a tap when you want privacy.
The chef's kitchen has a 6-burner range, full-size oven, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, and a wet bar with wine fridge — built for groups who actually cook together. The open-plan great room flows to a dining table and patio with seating for sundowner cocktails.
Sound follows you through the home — whole-home audio (Sonos-compatible) covers the great room, kitchen, primary suite, and outdoor patios. Two gas fireplaces — one on the main living floor, one in the upstairs primary suite — set the mood after a day on the trails.
Sleeping for 12 across 5 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms:

Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the entire townhome. Self check-in via keyless smart lock with a unique access code provided 24 hours before arrival. Use of all living spaces, all five bedrooms, kitchen, laundry, mudroom with ski/board storage, private hot tub, and the built-in heated two-car garage.
Locked owner/storage closets are not available for guest use. Street parking is prohibited by HOA — please park only in the garage. Garage fits 2 standard vehicles; oversized SUVs and full-size trucks may not fit, so please confirm your vehicle dimensions in advance if larger.
The Neighborhood:
You're at The Ridge, a quiet residential pocket within Canyons Village at Park City Mountain — the largest ski resort in the United States. The home sits in a luxury community with easy walking access to ski lifts, dining, shops, après-ski, and year-round events.
In summer: world-class mountain biking, hiking trails out your door, Canyons Golf Course, Olympic Park, Deer Valley Music Festival, and three free public pools through the Park City municipal system.
Salt Lake City International Airport is 35 minutes away. Park City Main Street is 25 minutes.
Getting Around:
A vehicle is recommended for exploring the wider Park City area, but you can easily live car-free here. You are walking distance to Canyons Village transit hubs. From there, you can utilize Park City’s exceptional, completely free public bus system and the High Valley Transit on-demand shuttle service to get to Main Street, Kimball Junction, or Deer Valley without worrying about parking. Uber and Lyft are also readily available in the area.

Hot tub:
- No glassware in or near the tub
- Children must be adult-supervised
- Please replace cover after each use to keep water clean
