The Retreat at the Canyons es uno de los pocos del lado de la montaña, residencias unifamiliares disponibles para alquiler en Park City. Wow! This place has everything. Seriously.

The house is large, beautiful, and very comfortable. It is close to everything. It is appointed with every single thing you could want or need. The owner communicated prior to our stay as though we were old friends. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Our whole family loved it.

Great place!

We really loved staying at this home!! We were a group of 12 couples and the house is so spacious we never felt in top of each other. The access to the ski trail is so great. A true ski in-ski out. The owner is so helpful and always available when we had any questions. We would definitely stay here again

Spring break family ski trip

We stayed at Peggy’s rental property for our annual family spring break ski trip . Her house was perfect . Great ski in / ski out location equipped with everything we could possibly need . We were able to communicate with Peggy with ease and she was very responsive. I highly recommend her place to anyone considering to stay .

Lovely mountain retreat

Very spacious and cozy home that was perfect for our extended family of 11. Everything we could possibly need was available. Fantastic location. While the unfortunate December snow did not allow ski-in/ski-out access, we had no problems getting to the slopes easily. We look forward to coming back again!

Amazing is an understatement

This is an example where photos don’t do it justice. We rented this property with family as a birthday get away. It was exceptional. Event was in great shape and immaculate. I would definitely recommend this property.

Fabulous home

Great spacious property that easily accommodated 5 adults and 3 children. Wonderful living spaces on all three floors. The owners were very responsive with questions, comments, helpful suggestions and rapid fixes for the one or two minor issues that arose. all in all a great home in a fabulous location.

Our Canyons Vacation

From start to finish, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Timbers! Our party included four adults and five children (preteens & teens) and we all had a wonderful time. The house was very comfortable and clean. Our check in & check out was effortless. The owner, Peggy, was responsive to our questions and extremely helpful in every way. We are looking forward to our next visit back to Park City!

Great Place

Excellent amenities and great communication from owner. Ski to bottom of Sunrise lift, walk up a few steps and you are off to ski to the base. Ski in via a neighborhood trail right to the jacuzzi area. We had 12 people there in total and had plenty of space. You can even walk to the village if desired or take the free shuttle. Great spot!

Incredible location!!

My family and I loved our time in this property! We had so much space and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The house was warm and I love that the kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook a big meal. There is even a shuttle that picks you up at the house and drops you off at the Canyons village. So incredibly convenient! And we skied back to the house each day! The property manager was super responsive and communicative. We loved it and I’ll be booking the house again next ski season!

Peggy was great to work with

Home is well maintained and well appointed. Host was very attentive. Not the host's fault, but not having full ski-in-ski-out capability (because of closed lift) reduces the value of paying a premium for this property. Overall, I would choose to return assuming full ski-in-ski-out capability is restored.

Slice of heaven

This property was fantastic. It was open, spacious, yet had privacy for each room. It was perfect. Location in the trees, private, relaxing. Hot tub was in amazing shape. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of space indoor and outdoor to visit. We took our kids and they loved the pool table and games, not too mention the outdoor set up. We felt safe and comfortable the whole time. Close to everything. Highly recommend. Communication with the owner was fantastic.

Great times at this wonderful house

We spent 8 days at this property. Beautiful surroundings and plenty of room. This host makes it like you are part of the family. The hot tub is always on, tons of games, pantry extras, every kitchen need is available: Cuisinart, Insta-pot, you name it. I started to have a game to see if there would be something they didn't have. We were there during fall so there was not any skiing but the walk out your door to a ski trail would be unbelievable!

Amazing home and location.

Owner was great with communication. Home is in a great location near the Canyons Village ski area. Great place to hike or bike in the summer. 5 minuted drive to shops and restaurants and 10 minute drive to downtown Park City. Our boys loved the theater room in the lower level and the pool table. Home has great space and is fully provisioned. Huge kitchen space. Very Enjoyable outdoor space with gas log fireplace, hot tub, BBQ, and 3 outdoor dining tables. Would recommend for all seasons. Park City is a great area.

Best Ski Trip Ever!

This place was perfect for our mixed bags of families and friends! The basement area with the big TV WAS GREAT FOR TEENS! For each couple there was a bedroom with an attached bathroom. We love the large eat-in kitchen areas with a bar and 2 different kitchen tables-plenty of seating. The hot tub was ideal after a long day of skiing. Peggy (owner) was so thoughtful, easy to talk to and willing to accommodate us and our group! We will have these great memories forever. It wouldn’t have been possible without this awesome house! Thanks Peggy!!

Great house and location

Really enjoyed the house and would like to return!!! Hot tub while it's snowing, who has it better? Fully stocked Kitchen and a good amount of items in the pantry. Great spaces on three levels for our different groups of families. The ski-in is a little challenging for beginning/intermediate as described in the listing, but the house is so close to the village that the Canyons Village Connect was used frequently and easily. Peggy was super responsive and attentive to our questions and needs. Thank you much!

Park City Getaway for Birthday

We had a group of 11 of us stay at The Timbers in December for a 30th birthday celebration. This house is amazing? There was plenty of room for all of us to have our privacy with bedrooms/bathrooms and also enough space in the common areas for us to hang out together. The kitchen is completely stocked with anything and everything you could possibly need. The communication with Peggy was excellent. Any questions we had were immediately answered via text message. The little touches of a Christmas tree and welcome bottle of wine and chocolates were definitely appreciated. I would highly recommend this property and would love to return in the future.

Wonderful Ski in/Ski out property!

We stayed over the New Year's holiday week and had a wonderful time at the property. We were able to use the Ski-in/Ski-out as intended due to the great snow conditions. The Ski-in proved to be a little more challenging for our youngest skier (5 years old), but The HOA with the property had contracted a private shuttle over the holiday week to drop us off right in Canyons Village, which was a lovely perk to have! The house itself is great for large families - we had 6 adults and 3 kids, and were all able to have our own space and bathrooms. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms and even the theater room and game area had great selections to choose from. Our kids loved ending the day with dip in the hot tub, followed by nightly movies in the theater room. Peggy was also very easy to get in touch with and very accommodating to our needs. Would definitely consider this property again if we return to Park City. Thank you for a great stay!

Our family enjoys winter and summer visits to Park City, and we think you will, too. Our guests tell us how much they enjoy being able to share large public spaces and still have the privacy of six bedrooms and bathrooms. When we can't be here, we hope you will find it to be the special place that we do. The Canyons Resort has some of the most varied terrain in the area--good for skiers and snowboarders. Got people who aren't going up the mountain? No problem--there's plenty to do, including outlet shopping, restaurants, and art galleries. Go on a snow hike through the woods. Visit the Olympic Park. Or just snuggle up by the fire and watch the snow fall--we have a forest of aspens beyond our living and dining room windows. You can spot deer, rabbits, and sometimes moose. As hosts, we are easily reachable and can answer questions you may have on arrival or during your stay. If a problem needs to be solved by a professional, we'll arrange a visit. We want your stay to be as carefree as possible.

We have one of the most ideal ski-in/out locations in the exclusive Timbers neighborhood. Put on your skis and you are immediately gliding downhill, under the bridge and around the Escala Lodge to the Sunrise Lift. Take the short ride up and head down to catch the heated quad chair or the gondola to mid-mountain. You can also walk to the Canyons Village.

In winter, you have the exclusive benefit of not having to get into a car and navigate slow traffic and crowded parking lots. Download the Canyons Connect app and call for a ride to the village if you need one, a free service offered during winter months from 7 am to midnight. If you're coming in summer, our ductless air conditioning (that can be controlled separately in bedrooms) keeps you comfortable. We've got a surround sound system and projector TV in our media room. Great channels on DirectTV, especially for sports lovers. The cooks in your group will love our kitchen--it is well stocked with pots, pans, gadgets and utensils. We supply all the paper goods! No need to run out for napkins, paper towels, or toilet paper. Like to play pool or games? We've got them available in our upstairs game loft. Oh, and you'll love the outdoor 6-person spa, too.
