welcome to our small, cozy apartment. It’s just a few steps to the lively center of Duhnen—for example, to the bakery—or to the sea, as the apartment complex is located directly on the waterfront, right behind the dike.
The apartment is approximately 37 m² and is ideal for up to 2 people; if needed, a child can sleep on the sleeper sofa in the living/dining area. A comfortable box-spring bed (140 cm x 200 cm) is available to ensure a restful night’s sleep. From the south-west-facing dining area in the bay window, you can look out toward the dike and, for example, enjoy a leisurely breakfast or have a game night.
Starting in the early afternoon, the terrace offers a chance to soak up the sun.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, coffee maker, and a microwave-oven combination. The bathroom has light-colored tile and a shower. Of course, the apartment features free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and a large flat-screen TV.
An underground parking space is available to you for the duration of your stay. In the basement of the Steinmarne Residence, there is a washing machine and a dryer (for a fee) that vacation guests can use as needed.

Residenz Steinmarne is a vacation apartment complex in Cuxhaven-Duhnen. It is located right near the beach, behind the dike and the dunes, on a traffic-calmed street. The complex features 34 vacation apartments for 1–6 people, each with a fully glazed bay window. An elevator is available only in Building 1, which houses apartments numbered 1.01–1.16. The apartments in Buildings 2 and 3 are located on the second floor at most.
Recreational activities: Children’s playground; swimming and sauna facilities at the nearby Thalasso Center “ahoi!” in Duhnen.

Parking space in front of the building or in the underground garage, corresponding to the apartment number (maximum entry height 1.95 m, parking space width 2.40 m – 2.50 m; no entitlement to an alternative parking space)

Bicycle rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (excluding e-bikes).

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
