Your vacation home on the 5th floor (with elevator) of the Berolina building accommodates up to 4 people:
- Living room/bedroom with a couch and two armchairs, TV, and direct access to the balcony with an awning
- Separate sleeping area with a double bed (2 single mattresses, 90x200 cm) and a wardrobe
- Separate bedroom with a sleeper sofa (140x190 cm)
- Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and dining area for 4 people
- Bathroom with a large, walk-in shower and toilet

Swim in the on-site pool (15 m long, 8 m wide, and 1.20 m deep, with a separate toddler pool; use restricted to guests and owners of the Berolina), relax on the sunbed (for a fee), work up a sweat playing table tennis (please bring your own paddles), test your accuracy at darts (please bring your own darts), and enjoy panoramic views of the Baltic Sea from three rooftop terraces...

Relaxation begins the moment you arrive: Park your car in the building’s underground garage and reach your apartment comfortably by elevator.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation! Smoking is permitted only on the balcony!

Additional amenities:
Use of the indoor pool, the three rooftop terraces with ocean and land views, and the table tennis room is, of course, free of charge. You can store any bicycles you bring with you in one of the two basement rooms in Building An or in the bike storage room on the first floor between Buildings An and B. In Building D, there is a shared laundry room on each of floors 1–4, equipped with a washer and dryer (for a fee). The accommodation includes a parking space in the underground garage (185 cm clearance height).

IMPORTANT—Good to know: The swimming pool will be closed in 2027 from calendar week 01 through calendar week 11, inclusive!
