The combined living/sleeping area features a tasteful ambiance. The master bed is at a comfortable height. The separate bedroom, featuring an additional smart TV, offers another comfortable sleeping area for up to 2 people. From here, too, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the sea. The large kitchen is very well-equipped, and a dishwasher makes everyday life on vacation easier. The modern design continues in the bathroom. Two Smart TVs with a wide range of channels in HD quality and free, high-speed Wi-Fi are, of course, included.

An underground parking space is reserved for you (max. 185 cm clearance height). Use of the indoor pool, the three communal rooftop terraces with views of the sea and the countryside, and the table tennis room is, of course, free of charge. You can store the bicycles you bring with you in one of the two basement rooms in Building An or in the bicycle storage room on the first floor between Buildings An and B. In Building D, there is a communal laundry room on each of floors 1–4, equipped with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee; coin-operated machines).
