Small but nice—come on in to our cozy vacation apartment on Rügen. Beautifully located in the “Fischerhaus,” which is part of the “Ferienpark Seedorf,” this 43 m² space is perfect for a vacation for two or a small family. Up to three people can enjoy a wonderful, relaxing stay here.

After a day of swimming at the beach, a stroll along the Sellin promenade, or a bike ride through Rügen’s beautiful countryside, the living room—with its comfortable sofa set, modern TV, and compact stereo system—invites you to unwind.

Thanks to a perfect blend of thoughtful and functional furnishings, this vacation rental transforms a small space into a haven of comfort! Beautiful accessories and a few convenient features (a light strip with a motion sensor above the sink, an extendable dining table, and a sleeper sofa) make your vacation perfect!

Fancy a cup of coffee in the morning sun? Or a good glass of wine at sunset? On your private terrace, 100% relaxation awaits you. Comfortably seated in a garden chair with a view of the terrace garden, the neighboring houses, and Lake Neuensien (to the side), you’ll experience unforgettable moments here, especially in the mornings and evenings. For barbecue evenings, there’s a shared grill area with benches outside the house. Our younger guests will have fun in the sandbox and on the on-site playground.

The vacation rental’s modern kitchenette is perfectly equipped for hot breakfast eggs, a quick snack, or a delicious dinner. A two-burner stove and a microwave, along with all the necessary kitchen utensils, make self-catering a breeze.

You can enjoy a wonderful night’s sleep in the separate bedroom with a cozy double bed (140 x 200 cm). There’s plenty of space for your vacation wardrobe in the spacious closet. A third person can sleep comfortably on the sofa bed in the living room.

You can enjoy a refreshing shower in the well-maintained bathroom.

Even guests with allergies will feel completely at home in our apartment on Rügen. Hygienic tile flooring in the living room and bedroom, as well as 100% microfiber bedding, await you. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking inside the apartment.

General Information: A coat rack, a clothes drying rack, and a vacuum cleaner are provided. You’re welcome to request a crib and a high chair. The vacation complex features a lockable bike storage room and a laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers. There is a parking space for your car in the underground garage (No. 13). The foldable patio furniture is located in the hallway; please return it there upon your departure.

The “Ferienpark Seedorf” is located in the Sellin district of Neuensien in the southeastern part of the island of Rügen—about 5 km from the center of Sellin.

Nearby lies the former fishing village of Seedorf (also a district of Sellin), which has retained its idyllic charm despite some new construction. Recommended restaurants, the picturesque fishing and yacht harbor, and Rügen’s beautiful natural landscape invite you to relax here.

The resort features a children’s playground, a table tennis table, a soccer field, and a foosball table. Attractions and cultural events in the immediate vicinity ensure plenty of variety during your vacation on Rügen.

What could be better than packing your swimwear after a vacation breakfast and heading out for a sunny day at the beach? The shuttle service to Sellin is free for you with the visitor’s card. The local bus stop is right in front of the vacation park; in Sellin, you can either walk to the beach or take the free beach shuttle.

The hiking and biking trails are also particularly popular; some of them run along the water’s edge into the nature-protected hinterland of Mönchgut.
