Situated just 10 minutes from AT&T Stadium (Dallas Stadium), this licensed, insured private home was built for international fan groups who want more than a hotel room — space, privacy, a private pool, and a host who actually knows Dallas.

The backyard is the heart of this property. A private pool sits at the center of an expansive wraparound wood deck, surrounded by mature trees strung with warm café lights. You’ll find multiple outdoor living zones across two deck levels: a cushioned sectional sofa seating area under the tree canopy, a 6-person glass dining table with umbrella, reclining sun loungers, a campsite style fire pit by a duck pond with ducks ready to visit you, a quiet lounge by a fire pit on the side of the house lit up by the soft glow of string lights, a semi private patio just outside the master bedroom, and a Weber grill with a Traeger smoker ready for group cookouts.

Inside, the home sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably across three bedrooms plus two sleeper sofa configurations in the living areas. The full kitchen is equipped for group cooking — stove, oven, full-size refrigerator, microwave, air-fryer, rice cooker, blenders, juicers and all cookware. Open-concept living and dining areas make gathering easy after a long match day.
Throughout the home: multiple bathrooms, fast WiFi, smart TVs in main living areas, central air conditioning, and in-unit washer and dryer. Everything you need for a multi-night stay with a group, no logistics stress.


Grand Prairie puts you perfectly positioned for the World Cup and beyond. Dallas Stadium (AT&T Stadium) is 10 minutes away by car or rideshare — the venue hosting 9 matches including the Semi-Final on July 14. The FIFA Fan Festival at Fair Park runs daily June 11 through July 19, free admission. You also have easy access to Asia Times Square, Top Golf, Andretti Indoor Carting and Games, Cidercade, tiki bars and much more!
What makes Grand Prairie unique is what sits on either side of it. Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire property for the duration of their stay — the home is yours.
This includes all three bedrooms, all bathrooms, the full kitchen, living and dining areas, in-unit washer and dryer, and the complete outdoor space: the private pool, wraparound wood deck, upper and lower lounge areas, outdoor dining table, Weber grill, Traeger smoker, and sun loungers.
Parking for up to 4 vehicles is available on the driveway. The city of Grand Prairie does not allow street parking for short term rental visitors.
The property is self check-in via keypad. Arrival instructions will be sent 24 hours before check-in.
There are no shared spaces. No other guests, hosts, or third parties will be on the property during your stay.

We’re hands-on hosts who are easy to reach but never intrusive. Once you’re settled in, the home is completely yours — we won’t drop by unannounced or check in unnecessarily. That said, we’re never far. Messages are typically answered within the hour, and if anything comes up during your stay, we handle it fast.

For international visitors especially — don’t hesitate to ask us anything, no question is too small. We’ve both traveled extensively and lived abroad, so we understand what it feels like to navigate somewhere new. We want your Dallas experience to be exceptional, not just comfortable.

Our pool is maintained by Mark, our dedicated pool care professional who services the property every Wednesday morning. His visits are brief — typically around 20 minutes — and completely unobtrusive. We use no harsh chemicals in our pool care routine, which means the water is fresh, clean, and ready to enjoy within moments of Mark’s departure. You’ll never need to plan around it.
One other small thing worth knowing: the property’s sprinkler system runs automatically on Monday and Friday mornings at 3:00 AM. It’s quiet and over quickly, but we mention it so no one is caught off guard by the sound of sprinklers in the middle of the night. By the time you’re up for the day, everything is dry and the yard is at its best.
