The studio includes a dining area, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, and a terrace (7 m²). Private sauna in the apartment. The TV is equipped for internet use: free internet and TV channels. There is one storage room per apartment on the first floor. Parking is available in front of the building. Right in the ski resort The three buildings of the 4+ star Sissi Park feature 22 inviting, exclusively furnished apartments, as well as 2 twin rooms and 1 triple room. You can enjoy the wonderful panorama of the picturesque mountain landscape from your own south-facing terrace. Almost all of our apartments have a sauna in the bathroom. Each apartment is equipped with an LCD TV suitable for internet use. Wi-Fi is available free of charge in all rooms. Enjoy the healthy, pollen-free Alpine air at an elevation of 1,650 meters. Dining: Breakfast, dinner, and à la carte meals are available in our restaurant. Breakfast rolls are freshly baked on-site. Reception: If you have any questions, please contact our front desk. We can assist you in German, English, or Hungarian. Internet/TV: Each apartment is equipped with a TV (German, English, and Hungarian channels). Free Wi-Fi in every apartment! Baby amenities: Crib and bedding, baby bathtub, high chair, changing table. Please let us know before your arrival if you need any of these items! Parking: Free parking in front of the apartments. All apartments are non-smoking; pets are not allowed.



On-site costs: The price includes: accommodations, final cleaning, heating, bed linens, and towels. The price does not include: • Meals, • Electricity consumption (metered), • Nightly tax: €2.50 per person per night for guests aged 15 and older, • final cleaning: 60–200 euros per apartment • In addition, a security deposit of 100/200 euros per apartment must be paid. Cancellation policy: • 3 months or more before arrival: no cancellation fees • 3–1 month before arrival: 40% of the agreed-upon total price • From 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the agreed-upon total price • 7–1 days before arrival: 90% of the agreed-upon total price • On the day of arrival and in case of a “no-show”: 100% of the agreed-upon total price Payment terms: • 40% of the total price within 5 days of booking • 60% of the total price 30 days before the day of arrival
