The Space:

Welcome to this brand-new, three-level townhouse tucked inside one of New Hampshire's most beloved four-season resort communities. From the moment you pull into the private garage, you'll know this place was built for groups who want to do it right.



Step through the garage and into a purpose-built mudroom that immediately sets the tone: custom-built bench seating, coat hooks lining a full shiplap wall, and tile flooring that laughs at ski boots and wet gear. There's a reason it's the first thing you see — this home was designed for mountain living from the ground up.



Head upstairs to the main living level, where the space opens into a warm, airy great room anchored by a stunning floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace with a wood mantel and a large wall-mounted smart TV. Plaid curtains and mountain art give the space an elevated yet relaxed lodge feel — equally at home on a snowy après-ski night or a breezy summer evening. - Unapproved late check-outs incur a $250 fee, and extra guests beyond the reservation count are charged $50 per person, per night.

- Pets, parties or events are not allowed.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home and on the deck. Violations will result in a $500 fine, plus any additional charges for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

The Neighborhood:

Waterville Valley is one of New Hampshire's most complete four-season resort destinations — and this property puts you at the center of it all. The resort is minutes from your door, with Waterville Valley Resort offering 62 trails, a 2,020-foot vertical drop, and a full mountain village with dining, skating, and après-ski right down the road.



When the slopes close, the valley doesn't slow down. Grab your morning coffee and pastry at La Tasse Café in Town Square, stock up on groceries and provisions at Jugtown Country Store or make the short drive to Campton Cupboard on Route 175. For dinner, Coyote Grill and Olde Waterville Pizza are local staples, while the Freestyle Lounge at the ski area base is the go-to for après drinks. On the mountain itself, Schwendi Hutte at the top of the White Peaks Quad is worth the trip for lunch with a view.



Beyond skiing and riding, the valley delivers in every season.
