The half of the house offers ample space for 4 people (crib and high chair available upon request). The apartment has tile flooring.
First floor: Entryway, living, dining, and kitchen area. Dining table with 5 chairs, sitting area with 2 three-seater sofas and 1 armchair. Access to the terrace. Guest bathroom/WC
First floor: Bedroom 1 with a double bed and a closet. Bedroom 2 with a single bed (1.40 m x 2 m) and a closet. Bedroom 3 with a single bed, a closet, and a desk. Natural-light bathroom with a shower and toilet. A staircase in the hallway leads to the attic, where luggage can be stored. The basement features a sauna, a bathtub, an additional shower, and a washer and dryer available for free use.
The kitchen is very well-equipped, with a large refrigerator and freezer. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. 1 TV (the living room TV is a Smart TV).
A parking space is available, and there is bike storage at the house. It’s just a short walk to the South Beach. The Kurmittelhaus, wave pool, and East Beach are about a 15-minute walk away or a 5-minute bike ride; there’s a bakery nearby. A small ground-floor apartment in the basement with its own entrance is occasionally used by the owner.
