You’ll be staying in a bright 2-room attic apartment with 42 m² of sun-drenched living space—ideal for up to 4 people. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed, and in the living/sleeping area, a comfortable double sofa bed invites you to relax. A separate dining area and a fully equipped kitchen offer everything you need for cozy meals.

The modern bathroom features a shower and toilet, and on the sunny balcony, you can enjoy the fresh air and sunshine. For entertainment, a 47-inch TV with Sky, Wi-Fi, and a telephone are available.

The on-site wellness area ensures moments of relaxation: You can use the swimming pool free of charge during your stay, and the sauna area is available for a fee—so your vacation begins the moment you arrive.

Modern and right in the heart of the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen—that’s the Residenz Seestern. The four apartment buildings are located not far from the beach and the pier. The beautiful spa park and shops for daily necessities are also just a few minutes away.

You can spend relaxing days in the on-site wellness area when the weather isn’t cooperating. The swimming pool is available to you free of charge during your stay; the sauna area can be used for a fee.
For our younger guests, there’s a playground in the complex’s courtyard. The apartments are also equipped with child-friendly amenities, so nothing stands in the way of a family vacation.
On the first floor of the Residenz Seestern, you can treat yourself to a meal at various restaurants. You’ll also find an ice cream parlor and our front desk right here in the complex. At our front desk, you can rent strollers, handcarts, baby bathtubs, travel cribs, and high chairs (for a fee). Child safety outlet covers and child-sized toilet seats are available free of charge at the front desk upon request.
Your well-equipped two-room vacation apartment, which accommodates up to four people, features a balcony or terrace, free Wi-Fi, and Sky TV. You can easily reach the apartment by elevator, and a parking space is available for your car in the underground garage. There is also a laundry room with coin-operated washing machines and dryers, as well as a space for your bicycles.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
