Welcome to the modern and spacious 3-room vacation apartment SA04 in the beachfront high-rise in Cuxhaven-Sahlenburg. With approximately 60 m² of living space, this comfortably furnished apartment accommodates up to 4 people and is located right on the sandy North Sea beach.

The bright vacation apartment is located on the 4th floor and features a beautiful side view of the sea. The open, fully equipped kitchen provides the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation. Large south-facing windows create a welcoming and light-filled living atmosphere.

Amenities include a new, modern bathroom with natural light and a shower, Wi-Fi, and three flat-screen TVs. The building features a swimming pool, a sauna, and a relaxation room (use subject to a fee).

A private garage right next to the house offers a secure parking spot for your vehicle. Pets are not allowed in the vacation apartment. The Wadden Sea and the mudflat ferry to Neuwerk are in the immediate vicinity, making the apartment the ideal starting point for a relaxing North Sea vacation.
