Sliding glass doors open to a large deck overlooking the hills. 20 miles from Mount Rushmore, and minutes from downtown dining. This is amazing home is in a safe, quiet residential setting, not a roadside rental.

This home was designed for people who want more than a place to sleep. The main level flows from a gourmet kitchen through to comfortable living space with sliding glass access to the deck and pool. Every window in this home earns its keep, framing panoramic views of the surrounding hills. Three bedrooms across multiple levels give every guest their own space to unwind after a full day in the Black Hills.

You`ll have full access to the entire home, all three levels, the heated pool, deck, and two-car garage. Your unique front door code will be provided in your check-in instructions the day before arrival. No shared spaces. The property is yours for the duration of your stay.

We’re available daily from 7 am to 10 pm by call, text, or message, whatever’s easiest for you! After 10 pm, we switch to emergency-only mode, and phone calls are the best way to reach us. Just a heads-up: I’m a deep sleeper, so if it’s urgent, you might need to call twice to wake me up! 😴📞

The pool is heated and available seasonally, generally Memorial Day through mid-September depending on weather. Pool heat is maintained daily but temperatures can vary with overnight lows.

The pool area is fenced by deck railing, but is still a hazard please supervise children at all times and keep gate locked.

This is a residential neighborhood. We ask that guests keep noise to a reasonable level, especially after 9 PM. Outdoor music at the pool is fine during the day but should be kept at a neighborly volume.

The two-car garage fits most standard vehicles. Larger trucks or trailers can park in the driveway.

Grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants are all within a 5-minute drive. You won`t need to `stock up` before arriving.

As a Superhost, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful memories in our cozy home while leaving it nice and clean for the next guests.

IMPORTANT: Absolutely no smoking inside the home, this includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, incense, etc. Should this rule be violated, we will need the unit cleaned by a professional smoke restoration company and the guest will be liable for the $2,500 dollar charge.

No pets allowed in this unit.

General Damages
Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. All damages or missing items occurring during your stay will need to be paid for by you before departure. Cleaners check for damages and any missing items after each stay. Any damages or missing items can and will be billed to the guest.

Fire Prevention and Safety
Please do not leave any electrical appliances switched on when they are not in use, or when you are leaving for the day. This includes space heaters, air conditioners, fans, hair curlers/straighteners, and portable device chargers.

Other
The space you are booking is for 8 people. More than eight people are allowed in the home ONLY IF okayed BEFORE check-in. No one is allowed in the home not already specified before starting stay. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

We may leave consumables such as coffee and small snacks for you to enjoy. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. However, ultimately, it is up to the guests` discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.

If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
